I bought two keys three months ago, but one fell apart IN the lock the first time I used it in that lock. and now they want fifty bucks an hour to get it out. They are thin. I am an old lady and not strong, put no pressure on it, but the metal was too thin and soft to function as a workable key. They won't stand behind it. They tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Only the young man by the door said 'hey, it's only going to take fifteen minutes so it would be $12.50 or so.' For that much money, they should stand behind their product and not risk a bad review! They spent longer than that trying to blame me!So I will need to take my business elsewhere. I suggest you do as well.

Very odd experience with Jenkins Security.All the gentlemen that work there were extremely friendly and helpful...however my last two encounters with a lady named Renee have not been pleasant.Both occasions have been over the phone. My second encounter the key they made for me did not work with my car because of programming issues so I asked Renee if I could receive my money back...her response Nope anything else and in a very nasty way at that point I hung up the phone as to not be rude to this lady who has had an attitude with me FOR NO REASON. My dad then called back because I was really upset...he spoke to one of the nice Gentlemen who worked there and they gave my dad a completely different answer told him to bring the key in and they will return the money for me...Long story short of Renee answers the phone ask for someone else...

Renee was extremely rude to me both times I contact Jenkins Security for services. They dont even guarantee that their product will work...Extremely disappointed with their services. Wasted $100 for a key that doesnt work on my vehicle.Its not much of a difference getting it from them in total was $200 and from the dealer was $250.I would suggest going to the dealer as they are guaranteed to help you and wont be complete a**holes to you if they mess up like these people were (mostly Renee)

Lost entire set of Keys: (Residence, Rental, Auto Fob, Home Security fob), while traveling abroad.Never intended to travel with them, they were to be left home,(Lesson: Never carry keys along when traveling abroad).After realizing I had them I'd placed them in my luggage, for safe keeping.Well, they weren't there after returning!Found 'Jenkins Security Services', online and phoned explaining situation.I had to stay in hotel and they were sympathetic to situation and arranged a urgent time slot for me even though their day was booked full.Met home with Technician 'Patrick'. Back up a minute, when I initially phoned, I was quoted their charge and I couldn't believe it!I expected to be charged a lot more (based on former lock svc).Patrick unlocked: My storm door, which wasn't easy, and rekeyed my lock knob, the dead bolt uses the same key so only a single key was needed andthe charge was just what they'd quoted.Which I delightfully paid with enough savings to include a tip.My former Locksmith had retired and moved away. So, as I own several properties, I was seeking a new locksmith to work with.'My retired Smith did me a favor retiring.These guys are wonderful, I'm a client for life!Oh and yes! I did locate my lost keys, though it's taking a bit of effort getting them to me.My review is lengthy, I know, but my story and lessons learned were just too good to resist!

Steven was amazing! I locked my keys in my car a week before I had an appt to get my front doorknob replace . He came in the same evening he got my keys out, took pictures of my doorknob, & had a materials list ready to go for my appt . It took him less than half an hour to replace a doorknob that had been non-functional for over a year. I highly recommend Jenkins & will use them in the future if needed.

Lost keys to my push button start vehicle. Bought key fob online and they programmed it for a very reasonable price , 1/3rd of the cost the dealer wanted for programming.
