I needed a new car key fob. These aren't cheap but I'm happy with the service I got and the key fob that I wanted and the key was cut perfectly. I watched other customers get regular keys cut while I waited and they were satisfied too.

Excellent service at the right price. After some terrible auto key cut experiences (and I used to cut my own in high school!), took a key to Baldinos and it was cut properly and for cheap. Worth every cent and wish I had gone there in the first place. Worth noting that the on-call locksmith is 24 hours but not the location itself, which makes sense when you think about it for more than a second

Baldino's runs an honest business and knows how to take care of their customers. When I brought back one of office keys that I had copied a few weeks ago because it didn't work, the manager (France) refined the copy to better fit the lock AND made a second copy in case the first one still didn't work - all FREE of charge! I will definitely be returning for the other 21 office keys that I manage because they uphold their guarantee; all Baldino's keys work!

I have used Baldino's in Vienna several times in the past few months and have always had a great experience. They are prompt, friendly, and professional whether in their store or on site. They are my go-to locksmith now, because of one defining experience. Several months ago, I had a key snap in half, and needed a replacement. I initially went to another area locksmith who cut a new key from the broken one, informing me that they couldn't guarantee that it would work. It didn't, and I was advised that I would need to have the lock drilled. I sought a second opinion at Baldino's. They cut a key from the same broken pieces the other locksmith had failed with, and promised me it would work. It did, and Baldino's has a loyal customer for life.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgable and willing to share their experience.Compared to Home Depot, they are more expensive. On the other hand, they bring their expertise to the table. Unless you are able to change your locks yourself or willing to learn changing it, by doing it, Baldings is the only game in town.The only downside is that they dont have the latest, iPhone app connected interactive locks but if you get them over the internet yourself, they are able to help out physically install them.

Vienna store closed Sat and Sun even though website says it's open. Used to be open Sat when independently owned. Surly unapologetic person on their 24 hour line when I asked her to correct their website.Would give Zero stars if I could.

Arrived at the Vienna branch at 5:01 there was someone inside with the lights on and he would not open the door. He proceeded to turn off the lights and turn around and walk away...I can tell that he wasnt the store owner and I feel for the owner considering I make it a point to come out here to get keys cut at $5 and up per key and Im in real estate and I needed 20 keys copied....

Called them up, they told me to call their Centerville location. Called up Kevin at Centerville who told me to go in to the Vienna location and he could walk the staff there through the process over the phone. Went to Vienna and the guy at the counter told me Centerville/Kevin doesn't know what they are talking (even though HE had just told me to call them) about and wouldn't even try to call them to ask. Waste of my time and bad/schizo service.
