Called Brian yesterday afternoon about a sentry safe that would not open after a 4 hour ride in a trailer. Offered to haul it to him from Hague because I was at wits end and was already thinking of ways to bust into it. You know, things like dropping out a second story window, torch, grinding wheel, the normal stuff In a last effort to save the safe I called and Brian offered several suggestions. With confidence, he even said I should have it open in 10 minutes! Feeling excited, within the 10 it was open. The man is a Saint! Thanks Brian, if I ever need ya again, u are granted my business and all of my friends and neighbors in need As well! Your amazing!

Susan did a competent job freeing our frozen (June) door lock. We requested that she key this lock to match the other locks for the house which she did. I would recommend her.

I'm surprised by the couple negative reviews. I just talked with Sue in their office and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. I called these folks because I'm having a house I just bought rekeyed, but I need a bunch of painting and other work done too, and she was even kind enough to offer me the names of some local companies that she recommended. She offered very timely scheduling and the prices were very fair. Great company!

Called the guy because it said he was a 24 hour service. Guy picked up the phone and I told him what was going on. Before even trying to help he said he wouldn't be able to come out to help because he has a date tonight and the wife wouldn't be happy if he missed it. So he looked up our house and cam back on the phone basically to tell me he can't help and no one else can help us-even though their website says they are 24hour. We live two hours away and had a car full of food and they couldn't uphold their 24 hour promise which is posted ON THEIR WEBSITE. Have to say I am 100% completely dissappointed in this business and their customer service.
