This place is awesome!I paid 93 dollars for them to program a remote start key for my truck that I bought online and it works perfect every time!The stealership definitely would have charged hundreds for that same programming!I've used them before some years ago to make a key from the VIN (which I didn't even know was possible) for a 2002 Subaru I owned that the key was original and worn too badly to make a copy. They have the skills and best prices.And they have two cute loving kitties in the shop to keep people company. Its a small shop ran by a local couple so if they get busy you gotta give them a break seriously there was a lady in here who got mad because they got busy when she decided to come down here, but they have great prices and do great work so you gotta give em a break...

Had broken key from a vintage rv in Cle Elum. Searched high and low from Cle Elum to Ellensburg with no success. One locksmith even suggesting we just replace the door. Teresa Smith at White Knight was able to immediately provide us with two shiny new keys.

Went to have keys made and the Owner comes in cursing at an employee dropping the 'f' word like it was the only word he knew. This argument continued outside as the owner got in the face of the employee cussing him out and ready to go to blows. I could not get out the door as they were blocking it. I stated to the lady behind the counter how unprofessional this was and I would never treat an employee like that. She said 'I just work here'. I'll never go back there again and spend my money. If I had a job for that employee I would hand offered it to him!

Very strange people. Spent 25 minutes waiting, they were unprofessional and telling strange and un-related stories while I waited, never once did they say 'I'll be right with you, or thank you for waiting' Good price, however not sure if it was worth it.

We have had problems with our fancy and expensive front door lockset since it was installed 8 years ago. I complained to the locksmith that put it in and he made some adjustment, but within a year it was stiff and didn't work well. We called another locksmith and they didn't really do any better. Last night, the lock refused to open so I called White Knight (they were close by and I had heard good things about them). Two guys came over, 20 minutes early, and took the lock apart, found a missing screw that held in the tumbler, cleaned and lubricated the lock and had the whole thing back together in 10 minutes. Now it works better than when it was brand new! Thanks Derrick & DJ, you guys were great!If I ever need a locksmith again, White Knight has my business forever.

My 05 Chrysler 300 went into security lock down, the dealer told me I would have to get it towed to them and most likely was looking at around $400-$800 to fix this problem, white knife came out to my home, cut and programmed my key (got key from ebay) and had my car up I running in a total of 25 minutes, total price...$150! Very honest company with best pricing around!

Needed a second key fob programed for a new 'certified' car I recently purchased. What an ordeal-but no fault of the locksmith. After I made several trips to the shop, numerous programming attempts, the ordering of new chips, and multiple calls to her 'experts,' Teresa was finally able to solve the mystery. Her patience and determination were remarkable. She used her skill and intuition and I got my second key.

Wasn't impressed with their service. Took them a lock to fix, said it was toast and wanted over a hundred to replace it. Took it to another place and he fixed it for less than ten. I question their knowledge on locks.

I had my scooter/moped key made and they never fixed it for 3 weeks, Derrick made a key but when u stick it in to turn it spins in circles and they charged me $84 then 35$ for a key for the trunk which the first key made did not work and he tryed to work on it for two weeks and still did NOT fix it. I asked the lady that works ther what are we going to do about this, leave it for a couple more days, I refused (3weeks for a scooter key) and then I asked if they can compensate something for not doing it properly she said I have a PIG TAIL up my BUTT.. Very rude and unprofessional customer service

This people are very rude. They will waste your time by yakking on their cell phone instead of helping their customer. I spent 30 minutes waiting for the old lady to start making copies of my keys. Never will I do business with them again.
