Erich was able to meet us very soon after we called and got us into our house in no time, with a replacement lock to stand-in for the one he had to remove. I had a front door that no longer closed and so I called Erich to help me with the removal of the door and the putting in of a new one. Erich picked up the door for me at the store, cut the old one out, hauling it to the dump, then helped frame the new one, painstakingly measuring and aligning the door until it was perfect. He then installed the new lock. He is methodical, thorough and dependable with a deep sense of integrity. I was so grateful for his help.
