It was only 10 minutes away from my home. Took less then 3 minutes to unlock my daughters truck. And.because I had to use my credit card, 20.00 more!!! Total 175.00. Horrible!!!!!!! Total ripoff! I have to work 4hrs to earn that. If I could rate with minus stars I would.

I asked if they were located in bonney lake he said they were. He lied. I was told 15 to 30 min wait time by dispatch. I asked him to have tech call me on my daughter's phone as mine was dying. Tech called on my phone anyway. Then asked for adress. Told him I was outside the goodwill, by Safeway in bonney lake. He said he could not come unless I gave an actual adress. If he was from bonney lake this wouldn't be an issue. I reminded him that my phone was dying and I wasn't sure I'd be able to talk to him and look up the info before it died. For some reason he was unable to look up the adress himself. I managed to get the adress and he told me 30minutes. I waited 30 minutes and then I received a call from dispatch asking if I needed a tech sent out to me. I reminded him that he had already sent someone. Now he told me it would be another 20minutes I was irritated but waited anyhow. 21minutes later he was nowhere to be seen. I called dispatch told him to cancel. He argued with me, raised his voice at me and told me I needed to be patient and wait and I told him I was done waiting and going with a different company. My phone died. Luckily an officer drove by and helped me call a local towing company that does unlocks. Cascade was there in 5, and I was unlocked in 5 more, for less than what this company quoted. I was gone before the tech even showed up. Then I get home charge my phone and find out that dispatch and the tech left meessages saying I need to respond asap as they have other people to help. Are you kidding? I was there in that lot for an hour and no one had shown. I told them repeatedly my phones battery was low. Don't lie to your customers and give them reasonable expectations. If it's going to be an hour just say so in the first place and save everyone the aggravation!

Very nice to talk to. Had tech come to house. He had trouble putting in existing door knob. He had trouble getting to close properly so he chiseled out of the door frame a place to move catch plate back further. Then put in a different plate after a couple times drilling holes that didn't line up. The plate he used ended up not covering the door jam so it would chip the woodwork when it opened and closed. Called the next day told the cover plate popped off and was hanging, and a screw was crooked so the cover must not have been able to seat properly... He said it was the door knob and would charge me ANOTHER $100.00 ON TOP OF THE $202.00 he already took from me. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

My deadbolt broke when I went to check to see if it was locked before going to bed at 9pm on a Monday night. Leo was out here in 30 minutes and replaced both my deadbolt and doorknob since it was a fancy set (the doorknob didn't work either) but only the deadbolt locks. He got it fixed in about 40 minutes. I'm glad he was able to get it fixed so late at night.

I was able to get a good quote over the phone so I decided to have their locksmith come out to my condo to install newer and more secure locks. To my admiration, there was no price hike or anything of the sort. These guys are straight-shooters, so if you're in Buckley and in need of a locksmith, I'd recommend you give these folks a call.

There is a local locksmith in Bonney Lake that we have trusted for years, near the police / fire station. However, this locksmith was closed, so we looked at Google and we found this locksmith. Do not make the same mistake we did. The price mentioned on the phone is low, but they will charge you a much higher rate if they come out. Next time we'll go with our local lock service again.

Don't know anything about the market nor much about this company other than the good work that was done for us. My personal experience was positive. I have been worried for about a month now about my locks being changed and if I could find a reliable place to do this change. I was so pleasantly surprised when a locksmith named David arrive at my door after I scheduled an appointment. This was such a genuine experience for me and for my two daughters who hovered close and watched as the locks were being changed. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!....My wife locked the keys in her car. I google mapped 'Locksmiths' called this number thinking it was a local company, but what it is, is a dispatch number. The woman took my info and said that a guy would call me when he was on his way. I asked what the price was she said $15 show up fee and about $39 to open the truck. The guy called me and said he would be there in 20 mins...then called me 20 mins later and said he be there in 20 mins?? OK well whatever, so when he finally gets here, he says it will be $200 bucks to unlock the car. I told him to take a hike, and then he was like listen 'My Friend' I'll cut you a deal of $100 right now....I told him he need to get off my property asap, and that I was call the police if he didn't leave immediately...he said OK, OK how about $50 then...My point is this, any company (like this one) that tries to shake down a customer isn't a good company to do any business with...Stay Away! BTW he demanded his show up fee but I didn't pay it...he just left we called a real locksmith and got the car opened at 40 bucks. If you look at the positive reviews on these guys you'll also see that they are bogus accounts...One person here has reviewed three locksmith companies???...wow I wonder why they are getting locked out so much....LOL
