Drastically overpriced and took several hours to get done with little to no communication. I had to call them back several times only to be told they are on the way in 15 to 20 minutes but still didn't show up for almost an hour. Tech showed up no apology for running late, no call or update from lady at the shop. Overall not a good first encounter with this business.

Love them! Super quick and friendly. They went out of their normal location to fix my family's locks for me after a break in. Not only that but they worked a little late to make sure it got done that day. I am so thankful for ABC locksmith!

They are absolutely amazing. I lock my keys in my car more than anyone Ive ever met. I joke that I need a frequent flyer card with them. Gustavo and Shawna always answer their phone or called me back right away and then arrive super quick wherever I am (even 45 minutes away). They are super nice, hardworking people. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Lost my keys, called up ABC because they were located closest to my vehicle. First off the technician arrived 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment with no call to let me know he was running late. Next I waited for 3 hours while the technician tried to get the key to work in my ignition, he was unsuccessful and his associate gave me a ride home. She assured me they would work on my key until the job was done. The day after I called first thing in the morning to see what the progress was on my key I got no answer and received no call back. I later had to use a co- workers phone to get ahold of them at which point they had said that they were working with Subaru to get new codes to program my key. I called several times after this and received no answer back. I still have not heard from them however I did get in contact with another locksmith who was able to get the job done! I would not recommend this place for anything more than a simple job, or at least that was the impression I got from working with them.

Have called them several times to get a quote for a re-key job, they didn't show on the day they said they would and have not retunred follow-up calls. Perviously had work done on replacing a safe lock. That took over a month AND I had to call them TWICE to get updated on the jobs status. Not real happy about their lack of customer service.

This company totally ROCKED!!! Locked my keys in my car and 10 minutes later, Gus showed up and opened my door.. Literally took him under 2 minuets with no damage at all to my window!! Reasonable priced and very friendly service... I totally recommend ABC Locksmith Services.. Hopefully I wont have to call them again....:)

Well where do I start at first this place seamed like they new what they were doing lady was nice. I had called stated that I have lost my keys and I need to get a new key cut for the ignition she said no problem and I asked when the guy could come out to do it she proceeded to tell me that there's no need for them to come out the Key programs itself and that they could cut a key that will work for my car they said it'll be ready in 20 minutes and it was. I proceeded to go in and pick up the key and I even ordered an extra and when I get home I couldn't get the key to work in the ignition it did work in the doors as I tried to call them during business hours to let them know I get no answer I texted him no answer the next day I texted them again took them hours to get back so I go back out and I try the key again I get it to work in the morning but won't start due to the chip not programming itself as he said it would I told him I've looked it up online and you have to hook up machine up to it he said no problem but I have to charge you a service charge to come out and do it after he already sold me something for a price and told me it would work and I told him I wouldn't pay service fee and I demanded a refund they would not give me one I had to show up at the shop and not leave until I got a refund they didn't end up trespassing me but I did get my refund back horrible customer service in the end definitely would not recommend this place to anybody

Very poor service. It is obvious that these people have no idea what they are doing. The business is run out of a home in a rundown neighborhood surrounded by rundown and condemned homes. The only genuine person working there was an 80 year old man. The young kid is extremely rude and inexperienced. I called ahead of time to assure that they were able to provide the service I needed, the woman told me they would be able to. I got there and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up. They cut a key and got it stuck in my ignition, nearly broke the ignition trying to get the key out then charged me $40 for the key that is still stuck, blaming my ignition for their ignorance. If you are looking for an knowledgeable, reliable, experiences locksmith, this is absolutely not the place to go!
