I had an old safe key that was partially cracked/broken... I made original contact by phone, and the service was top notch and I genuinely felt like the woman on the phone was interested in helping find a solution to my problem. Once I arrived, the man and woman (who's names I did not get, shame on me... lol) were extremely informative, listened to my problem, and searched and searched again for a possible solution, possibly knowing based on the age of the safe and uniqueness of the key that any immediate solution was thin at best... but that didn't deter them from continuing to help, regardless of the financial impact of a possible 'no sale'... I felt important to them, appreciated, and they are very polite and kind. This will be the only locksmith I will ever need as long as I live in Frederickson/Puyallup/Graham ... service speaks volumes for the competence of the business. 5 stars all the way, and if the solution we came to doesn't pan out next week (urgency for a usable replacement dictates the need to have it ASAP), I will return to them and ask for them to order the special blank I need to make a duplicate. I recommend using this business 100%, and technically I didn't pay them a dime , so that's the impression Advance Lock & Key left with this very satisfied customer. Take care .

Hired a locksmith to make a key for my screen door as I lost my key. Long story short he could not make a key, wanted to charge me $169 for new handle, then he told me it was commercial so the cost would be $270. At that point I told him to put it back together. Got in touch with Mark and all I needed was the lock mechanism, I ordered, Mark installed and all is good. Excellent service!! Thanks Mark.
