FRAUDULENT! If I could put ZERO stars I would. I called them without reading the reviews. He got here right away dressed in skinny Jean's and a beanie in a sedan not looking like a locksmith but i was locked out of my house and having a very bad day. While he was here I had him change out the lock to a keypad as I had locked myself out before. It was odd that he had to 'run to the office' to get the keypad. Then took him 2 hours to install it. He was watching YouTube videos and reading the insert to do so. Then, at the end, I asked him to cut a blank key I had to match the new keypad. He didnt have the equipment to do that, he said. That's when it all clicked that something wasnt right and I began reviewing the situation. I then spoke with an actual reputable locksmith here in town (puyallup) who indeed had heard of these guys. He showed me the negative reviews and gave me market prices for the work that was done. 'Locksmith Orting' charged me 3-4x the going rate. Then, I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I just got a phone call from the fraudulent f@#ks asking me why I was disputing the charges. WOW this guy has some balls!!! I told him when you become an actual locksmith and stop scamming people, then you can get paid!

HORRIBLE!! If I could put ZERO stars I would. I called Orting Locksmith asking for a locksmith to unlock my house, So I could get my keys so I could pick up my child from school. Bethany told me 'no problem, we'll send someone out now'. 45 minutes later 'Lucas' from Orting Locksmith comes and tells me he need $240 to unlock a door. This is so dishonest, they knew I needed to get to school to pick up my child. Luckily a neighbor was able to pick up my child. This has got to be illegal or at the very least highly deceptive. The Google search shows 'Orting Locksmith $15 SVC 24HR Locksmith Orting' Where does $15 turn into $240. Tried to call the office back to ask and twice Bethany 'accidentally' dropped my call. Outrageous!

these people are no where near orting. they try and charge you double or triple when they arrive. they say they will be there in 20 minutes...an hour later they show up. DO NOT USE THEM

Wanted to charge over $500 for changing our locks told them no deal and then the guy asked if we wanted him to put the lock back on.... uh yes thats why we had to hire you! Took over an hour after he was yelling back and forth in another language with I assume his supervisor. After it was put back on the key no longer locks our door..... Horrible service awful experience do not recommend!!
