I lost the key to my U-Haul truck. U-Haul didn't have a referral in Pullman, so I called Palouse Locksmith to make a key. Rather than charge me to come to my location and make the key, he knew the location where U-Haul puts the key code (U-Haul roadside assistance apparently doesn't know this) allowing him to make the key in his office since I had another vehicle available for me to drive, saving me $100.00. The key was ready for me when I arrived 15 minutes later. Obviously, he is very reputable, and I highly recommend him.
