Professional service, technician named Justin was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly get my older and also fairly unique / difficult to program vehicle reprogrammed with three new keys. I had lost my original keys and was unable to get a replacement from the manufacturer. They had previously informed me the key information was no longer kept on file for my vehicle so I'm very pleased to have keys to get my vehicle running again and that it was a trouble free and straight forward process.

Jeren was so polite and helpful. He said he could be at my home in 35 minutes and arrived on time. He performed his work quickly and professionally. He stuck to his estimate, even though the work was more involved than originally estimated. Highly recommend!

I called this business yesterday as I had a hitch lock on my truck that was frozen and could not use the hitch. I was told on the phone that there would be a $29.00 charge for driving to my home which seemed more than fair. On the phone I attempted to get a sense for the overall cost but the person I spoke to would not do so. As I had to do errands my wife was home when the technician arrived who quoted that it would cost $165.00! My wife unfortunately did not call me or question the technician as he made it sound like it would take more than an hour of labor. He drilled out the lock and was done in 20 min! That equates to $495/h! I suspect their strategy is to make you think it is a good deal having them charge $29.00 to come out and when they arrive gouge you with their exorbitant rate when you are desperate. I must commend them on that strategy yet had I been home and heard what they were going to charge would have done it myself. So, my advice is to be very careful with this business. Unless you are totally desperate and have no other options, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Fast, friendly service with a smile! Jeren was awesome, give him a raise! Super respectful and took ONLY 2 hours to do 12 locks (standard estimate for that is 3.5 hours)!! Price is reasonable, especially combined with the service you receive! Will definitely use Redmond Key Locksmith again (and hopefully Jeren!) if we need any additional lock services in the future!

Excellent quality, though the price is a little steep. (They show you the price before proceeding, so it wasn't a surprise.) Zander did a fantastic job. Another local locksmith was 40% less but keyed the locks so badly that duplicate keys can only be made in one location, so I had an easy comparison between RKL and the previous service I used. If quality is most important, I strongly recommend them.

The only guy that could get keys made for my motorhome! The factory sent the wrong cut key and 3 blank keys so he ended up cutting 3 on his own. The factory cut key was a little off but it still worked! I paid $36 with tax for 4 keys. Thanks a million, no one ANYWHERE near Redmond could help us out. I was about to just order a new lock entirely...

Don't waste your time with any other locksmiths!! These guys are professional, and timely. We had a difficult time getting a locksmith to come out to our house in North Bend and wasted several hours waiting around (after hours) until we finally called Redmond Key Locksmith. I will never go anywhere else for locksmith services! Highly recommend!

The tech was great, this has nothing to do with them. Decent speed, but the website says 15 for the service call and 30 for a vehicle lockout... I was told with my vehicle the cost would be 190,which is a bit over what I expected, although I knew the prices wouldn't be exact. If there was going to be that much variation in prove, I would have thought they would ask what kind of car I drive. Tech was friendly and helpful, I just think that's dishonest to post a cheap price, only to more than quadruple the prove upon arrival.

Requested a tech to come out to my place at 3:15 PM. On the phone they were short, rude and provided me with no estimated time of arrival. I figure it's okay because I don't have anything planned for a while. 4 hours later at 7:15, I call back to see what was going on. They put me on hold only to tell me they can't get ahold of the tech who was supposed to have come out. They offer to send another person out in 90 minutes, irritated this point I reluctantly agreed thinking 90 minutes is better than 4 hours. Then 20 minutes later they call me back saying they are too tired to come out today because they didn't notice the town i lived in was 20 minutes away from them. Even though i stated my address 4 hours previously. So I'm pretty pissed off at this point and ask if I could make another appointment the following day. And they said no, for me to call them back the next day and go through the whole process again. Needless to say I will NEVER be giving them my business...
