Bulger has been a wonderful, valued vendor for many years. They got us back on our feet immediately after a break-in 3 years ago. We had a number of doors kicked-in or pried open. Bulger was on-site and had us secured that day. Over the next 3 days they repaired/replaced/re-keyed over 100 entry locks. Just the very best level of service!

I just walked out. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. Two uniformed employees walked by more concerned with the dog than me. They failed to even acknowledge my presence. If you own this business and retail sales matter Id suggest a bit of training. There are choices and Ill drive out of my way to exercise mine.

These guys are the best locksmiths I know of in Seattle and I have lived here since 1980. They are not cheap. You will get quality for the money, however. They can duplicate rare/old keys few others can.

I was referred to Bulger from another lock company who couldn't service the specialty type of lock on our commercial door. The company that put the lock in 4 years ago was not calling back and my door was insecure. Bulger promptly returned my call and dispatched a technician. They notified me when the technician was in route, he arrived in a marked van, the technician was knowledgeable and professional, best of all our hardware is working better than ever. Can't ask for much more!

Very knowledgeable people. Real locksmiths who know their stuff. I have a lock that the key was very difficult to remove. The locksmith sold me the correct spray that made it like new with no mess. The lock works perfectly.

I rarely leave a bad review. It was warranted this time. Tl;dr: quoted 2x the price, bad customer service, and no-show on our appt.My partner called on Wednesday asking for a lock change appt the following Tuesday. She was told the tech would contact her for details and confirmation. Nothing.I called Friday and was told the same thing. I pushed to lock in an appt since we wanted to time it to us moving houses. I was told we had the appt, but that the tech would reach out for more info and to confirm. Nothing. Btw I think this person was Jennifer, and she was lovely. No complaints for her. :)Tuesday we went in person. The man we spoke to was pretty rude, acting like it was a inconvenience to have to check for us. Sighs and all that. He confirmed that we had an appt later that day. No one showed up, no phone call, nothing. Just a no show.The next day we called the next locksmith we could find on google maps. Someone friendly showed up within three hours and did the work for less than 1/2 the price we were quoted by Bulger.Will not recommend. Will not use again.

I needed a key for my house about 1 year ago. Turned out it was restricted from the previous owner and couldn't get a copy made. After discussing pro hockey in Finland, Cam talked to me about my options and helped pick out the best plan for me. Went with the high security medco locks and could not be happier with my purchase. Last week I needed another copy. Just sent an email and was able to pickup the next day. Cam didn't even need the key there! Great family business with cool dogs too!

These guys are the best in town. They manage our intercom and keyless entry system down in Ballard. Weve had Jeff out and couple times and he is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Security can be daunting, but Bulger knows what they are doing. Yes they are all little more expensive. Yes I would rather pay a bit more to know we are secure and Bulger has our back. Would recommend to any condo or apartment looking for key fob entry.

Went in to get my keys replicated. The gentleman at the counter told me the prices and had me take a seat while I waited for a few minutes. Overall, it was a very straightforward trip, and all the other customer interactions I witnessed seemed to be helpful and professional. The keys came out much better than some of the times I have tried using those kiosks or hardware stores, so I'm glad to have gone to Bulger.
