Hands down the worst experience I have had with a service provider of any stripe. They were dispatched via AAA to simply make a copy of a transponder key as the one I had was physically broken. After 3 visits to my home and giving me a key that did not work they asked that I come to their store, entirely defeating the purpose of calling AAA. After an hour of waiting I was told they didn't have the chip they needed despite having been 'helping' me for 4 days. They then, without informing me, left the store and locked my keys inside to go get the needed chips. By the time they returned I could not wait the additional quoted THIRTY MORE MINUTES for them to program the key as I had spent double the time I expected to already.This store cannot handle transponder keys. Unless you have days and hours to wait I absolutely would not reccomend using their service. Their prices don't even make up for the complete lack of ability. I would have given 0 stars if possible.

This place is hands down the best locksmith experience Ive ever had. Justin was so knowledgeable as to what was going on with my ignition right away. He also saved me so much money. Him and Chris worked so well together to make sure I get back on the road safely . I recommend this place to everyone. Reasonable great place.

This company is running a scam, Maybe Not in Seattle, BUT in other State/City, specifically, in Missouri. Four of my friends and family members, unfortunately, got ripped off by this company called 24 Hour Locksmiths, which it says its owned and operated by Seattle Locksmith Security. See Photos.

I called to get keys cut for the roof rack on my car, which is locked in place and did not come with a key when we purchased the car. All it took was a quick drive into Seattle and about 15 minutes of looking online to figure out exactly what I needed, and cut the keys.

I have a Piaggio motorcycle and I was looking to get a spare key at the dealer Triumph of Seattle. They were able to sell me a remote head key but they couldn't cut the key because it is high security laser cut European style key. So I tried a few different locksmith shops and they cut my key wrong. After some research I was able to find the Seattle Locksmith Security shop and they were able to cut my key correctly and even gave me the option to program it as well!
