He even helped me coral the cat while I took the dogs into the groomers. The cat locked the doors with my key fob and cell inside. It was getting hot. Kudos to Jaden and your wonderful service!!!!

We went all over town trying to find someone to cut a motorcycle key (a rather unique one). We only found one other place that would do it and it was going to cost $50. American lock and key did it for $4.90. It took a few days because they had to order the special blank but that was fine.

I just needed to cut and program two spare blank transponder keys for my 2006 Toyota Rav4 Limited. Called Northwest Locksmith Spokane and they quoted me $300 for the job. After poking around some more I found that most locksmiths either charged too much or didn't have proper equipment to do the job right. Then I discovered American Lock & Key and after hitting them up, they quoted me a little over $30 for the same procedure. When I came in, both gentlemen (forgot their names) were stunned after I told them what the other shop was about to charge me. They were incredibly involved and willing to help me out. In the end it took them around 15 minutes start to finish, new keys worked flawlessly for the engine and door locks. When it came time to pay, the owner even waived the cost for cutting ($2.95 I think) and just charged me $30 for programming. Excellent customer service and prices, would definitely recommend this shop and would come again myself. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

Had a finicky lock that was giving me a bit of trouble. wasted a bunch of time doing online research and calling other locksmiths before I swung by American Lock & key. Steve and his staff were able to diagnose the problem, give me a super easy solution and have me on my way in less than 10 minutes. If you're having trouble with a lock call these guys asap!

I called Subaru and they were among the most expensive and clearly had no interest in my business, (least helpful and friendly) so, I will gladly take it to American Lock and key. I went here because it was the cheapest and the most convenient, I went to have my truck re-keyed and they actually made a mistake on the first day. But the gentlemen was so apologetic and made a point to make everything right by the next morning free of charge. that is the kind of business that I look for. Jarred was great. He also gave me an extra key for another door in another building and a lanyard to hold keys around my neck.
