ACI Locksmith is an amazing small business. The owner made me some keys for my 1960 Ford Thunderbird with the locks. He even put them on vintage Ford Keys. I reccomend this locally owned business to anyone for their locksmithing needs. I will be back to see them in the future.

I lost my boat key to my '95 stratos, instead of having to install a new ignition switch he was able to cut me two new keys to fit my original. He did an awesome job I wasnt even sure it could be done, but the keys work great! 35$ was worth every penny

1st, 2 stars only because the key did function. When I entered the shop I was greeted by no one. There was a young lady behind the counter but she was obviously more interested in the videos on her phone to pay me any mind. After a moment a kind gentleman did appear to help. I told him that I needed duplicate for my 20 year old Lexus. I gave the original and a blank key. I was told the only person who could do it would not be back for a couple hours and could I return. I asked if I could leave my keys and return. The gentleman said yes and asked the young lady to pass stationary for me to leave my info. The videos must have been completely enthralling because she again seemed not to hear him. I retrieved stationary for myself and left. Four and a half hours later I was contacted to retrieve my property. When I arrived, I was asked how much I was told it would be to dup. my key. I told the guy, I wasn't told. He then told me the cost was $45 (more than twice the national average).When he seen my look of surprise he asked if I thought I was paying too much. I Said yes, twice as much. (in fact I had one cut in GA for $15) He then said he paid 10k for his machine and could have charged me $70. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my 43years. They were rude (except the older gentleman, he was a pleasure.) over priced, and slow. On the other hand I suppose 10 dollars an hour, is an acceptable wage to pay.

Guy showed up within 15 minutes after I called because I locked my keys in my car, getting ready for work. And he was friendly, at 8:00am. Recommend for sure. Saved the day!!!

Man did not have my permission to do anything on the lock. A person apparently call and get them to make a key at a house and send that key out of state to a person

Called to inquire about having doors on a vehicle deleted to match my he ignition. He was very rude and only kept repeating that he could have deleted the ignition to match the doors before replacement. I explained twice that that I had purchased this older truck without that key. I finally simply hung up the phone. He then went on to call my phone back continuously (I had not gave him my number) until I answered. He then said he was sorry and did not mean to offend me (so apparently he knew that he was being rude and that I didnt just lose service) them continued what he had been saying before. I finally just hung the phone up a second time.
