If only every business was as honest, hard working, reliable, and well priced as Runyon the world would be a better place. They spent over an hour making a key from the aftermarket lock from my 1969 Firebird(I did not know it was aftermarket) right on the spot! I cant think of any established business that will do something like that and not charge an arm and a leg. At the end the price was beyond reasonable and the key worked and got my Firebird back on the road! It was worth the two hour drive to get it done! Thanks to everyone at Runyon!

Nice folks. The owner got me right in. I was down to my last truck Key that has a computer chip; you program to start the engine. The dealership wanted over $100.00 for one key. Runyon was able to do it for half price. It was a nice gesture for the owner to walk me in the back of the store and offer me a cup of coffee. If I ever need a key made or any lock service for that matter, I will surely return. Thanks for the great service.

My mom bought after market fobs, went to them since there ad says we program fobs. When we went in some guy said it cant be done and that the ones I had were for a truck, but you can buy one off of us, so she did when reading the tag on it after he programmed it and she paid for it, come to find out it was used and had been soldered. Went to a Chevy dealer and they were super nice programmed both of the fobs for $20. Wish we would have went to Chevy dealer first.

Called at 7:55am to ask for a non emergency appointment.The guy made me call back at 9am! To make that appointment. If you are only open specific hrs for non emergency appointments you need to relay that in your ad.. it needs to have regular office hrs.. but sure I'll call back an hr later to have my dead mothers house scheduled for a locksmith in 60 minutes.. how hard is it to just make the appointment while you have me on the phone.. don't answer it until after 9am GOOD GRIEF

I was in town from Charleston WV and lost my car key, for whatever reason the Chevy dealer had a key but couldn't program it? I called Runyons and they told me to come over and managed to get me back on the road in no time. I would recommend them over the dealer anyday!!!! The service and outcome was AWESOME ! Thanks again to all the employees that helped there!!!
