In response to Collin: We had explained that the wait time on the service was due to parts. We pay freight on Stihl products, and the only way to not push that expense on the customer is to wait til we can make an order over a certain amount. Not all employees would have been told this was the case on this specific service item. It was relayed to the customer up front. As far as us selling 'marked up salt': We do make a profit on the salt we carry. We also have been working, literally, around the clock to make sure we have that salt. We have more employees working at all times to help people out to their cars. We have sent our guys almost daily to procure it, wherever and whenever we can. We are paying more to get it here from longer distances (Kansas City recently), so we have it. We limit the amount we sell at times so everybody had the opportunity to buy it. And we have kept our prices at a reasonable rate to accommodate the higher freight charge, and no more.

I love this store, the people, and the service. I was very disappointed today when I stopped there and I observed not one employee had a mask on. Your visitors have a choice to wear one, and of course the management can make those same choices for its employees. It seems logical that employees who have contact with a large number of people wear masks. I hope you reconsider the mask policy.

Headed out for a first time shopping trip at Biebels to buy hand sanitizer. When we got there, we found an outstanding shopping experience from selection to organization to helpful/friendly personnel. My husband would have spent the afternoon shopping.... what else do we need was his reaction. Highly recommend!

We've been so pleased with the service and knowledgeable staff! They also stand by their products. I had an issue with a bag of soil and the manager happily refunded my money! That's what you get for a neighborhood business.

Use to get propane filled here. Now they cant even fill those up properly. Only put 25-30 lbs propane in a 40lb tank.

I was looking sidewalk salt and every store I went to was completely sold out and the next shipment would be on Tuesday. I was told that you had it. I waited in line to buy the salt and purchased the salt. The guy even helped put it in the trunk in my car. You were the seventh store I stopped at. I have completely given up until I went to your store.

Had been doing business with biebels instead of going to big box stores for 5 years. I purchased my materials, rentals, small equipment, tools and even dog food there.The lead small engine mechanic retired. I took some equipment in for simple maintenance and explained i needed returned within 15 days. It was 30 minutes of work at most (total labor was $35).i was never contacted over a period of almost a month and every other person i spoke to was clueless on the status or had a terrible attitude, even had a manager tell me 20 days isn't very long to have my equipment in after explaining my frustrations.No apologies and a bad attitude when i picked it up. Too busy selling marked up salt to care.Ill be taking all my small equipment purchases, repairs and rental business elsewhere from now on. You might want to avoid the headaches with them and do the same.

Shop local, courteous staff and an array of supplies laid out user-friendly to get what you need quickly. I never feel like I am 'inconveniencing' an employee by asking them a home-repair question or trying to locate something. Reasonable rates on their rental equipment.

I always have a solid experience at Biebels. People are friendly and show me to whatever I need right away. I have shopped around and find the prices to be very competitive, so not sure what kind of experience this other person had. They are knowledgeable and honest - and I will definitely continue to shop there. Tons of deals in the middle aisle too.

I've tried stopping here a handful of times, just because it's very near my home. Anytime I end up buying anything here, I spend 2 or 3 times more than going anywhere else. They are extremely overpriced, it's not even close to worth the 'convenience' of being close by. I will not be stopping here again and I'm shocked how they even manage to stay in business...
