Brad from 1st Choice was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, personable and willing to go above and beyond. Brad helped unlocked my locked car and attempted to get a dead battery out of the car for me. After leaving and returning with more tools he wasn't able too but still put forth a valiant effort. He continued further by referring me to mechanic who'd be able to help. Thank you again Brad! High recommended!

Brad and 1st Choice Lock clearly know everything there is to know about security. Small company so you get awesome, 1st class customer service. Their installs are awesome. We used them to install a fire alarm system, security system, camera system and door access system. Top Notch and Highly recommend!

Called at 7pm at night and he was extremely nice and prompt. Recommend over and over and over again... not that I ever want to be locked out again.

After being locked out of my car i called 3 companies and only first choice answered. They said they were going to have to charge me $70 to unlock my car. They told me it would take a whole for them to get there and I said that was fine. I ended up calling another place and finding out they only charged $40 to unlock my car so I called first choice again and told them I wanted to cancel. They said that was fine. However the locksmith showed up anyways and when I told him I didn't need him there anymore he said he was going to charge me a $45 'service fee' for coming to my house. The guy was rude and tried to give me a lecture about responsibility when I had tried to call and cancel plenty of time in advance. I ended up having to cancel the place that was going to charge me $40 and have him unlock my car for 30 dollars more. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends and I suggest the reader of this review doesn't either.
