Many locksmiths to choose from. One never called me back. Another had a beautiful web site but it was connected to a scam phone number. ARO guys advised me on options for a garage lever and on a separate key for the master bedroom. Both men were very knowledgeable, courteous and quick. Their sole intent was to make sure I was happy with the install. Yes! Highly recommend.

Not a fan. I belong to an organization with a door locking system serviced by ARO. Late Thursday our system failed. ARO was notified on Friday. The earliest response for our emergency situation is Tuesday afternoon. (Five days) Five days of numerous trips every day, manually locking, unlocking, locking, unlocking our building. If you have a system serviced by ARO and you system fails, you are pretty much out of luck and on your own.Like I said, not a fan.

Wow! Called at 8:30 AM with a broken deadbolt in my front door, unable to retract deadbolt to open door. Technician Josh ( I believe) was at my house with replaced deadbolt done by 9:30. Even lubed mechanism and fine tuned strike plate. GREAT JOB!!
