WTF_yada!

Was on the phone with them about 30 mins ago. It is now 1:53am. Rude and lies about pricing. Unless they TRULY charge $400 at night and $300 in the day???? I called another company who charges $160 and another company that charges $200! I need answers. Taking from the community is absolutely unacceptable! I will be informing everyone i know. Do not go here!

Great service. I came in with a blank key that I bought offline. Dodge wanted to charge me over 200 dollars for the key and programming. When I questioned it was the Key (after doing my own research) they recommended I do a Diagnostics service at like 100 bucks. I was like nah I'll try around. After speaking with these folks, I won't take my locksmith issues anywhere else. Fantastic people, straight forward, and QUICK. Will go again.

JOHNNY CAME BACK . I missed his numerous calls to let me know he was at my residence to repair my lock. I called him back and he answered, I apologized and told him something was wrong with my phone. He didnt sound angry when he responded and told me he would come back, but it would be about 30 minutes and it was. He trouble shooted my lock and repaired it in a timely and professional manner. THANK YOU VERY MUCH JOB WELL DONE JOHNNY AND A-1.

I called and spoke to Issac, the owner, regarding my car ignition. Instead of booking an appointment to fix it he took the time to suggest I go to the dealer to get a key made much cheaper! Amazing person and business owner. I would highly recommend utilizing their services based just on that conversation

Call for service and Johnny arrived in about 15 minutes. He was courteous polite and so professional. He got right to work and in less than 5 minutes had me back in my house. I hope I never have to use a locksmith service again but you can bet if I do, I'll be calling Johnny at A1 security

I've used these guys twice. The first time was when I lost a set of key and couldn't access the second set.. The tech they sent was prompt and professional. The other time I used their services (non-emergency) I needed a second set of car keys made and again the service was excellent.For both services I called several different locksmiths and each time they were the least expensive. I recently bought a car that only came with one set of keys. I know exactly where I'm going to get a second set!

In short, I highly recommend using this company. I have needed a locksmith several times since living in Milwaukee and wish I would have found this company 10 years earlier. We were locked out this afternoon and before dispatching a technician at overtime weekend rates, Isaac asked for some photos of our situation. It was 12:30am and my husbands key broke off in the door lock & my landlord was out of town. They told us it would take about 40 minutes before they would be able to get there. I was surprised to see they arrived 20 minutes after we called & got us in our house & got the key out of the lock within 10 minutes. The guy was super friendly & it was so nice that they arrived sooner than expected. Definitely would call them again!

Just moved into new house and front door deadbolt was not engaging / locking properly. A-1 scheduled somebody to come and take a look. The person was prompt, polite and quickly fixed the issue and only charged me for a service call (very reasonable!). I would call A-1 again if I have any issues with locks/doors in the future.

My car battery was dead and my key was stuck in the ignition. My battery is in the trunk of my car and I had no way of accessing it. Instead of taking my money and coming out they showed me a way to get a little charge from the front of my car that I was able to access my trunk and charge my battery very helpful company and great people. I would recommend giving them a call.

Do your Research first!...My SUV Key stop turning in the ignition I called left VM No return Call, next Call three hour later the Man I think the Owner said I Never Called him. It took 1:55 mins for someone to show which he said within a Hour! It took a total 7 1/2 hours the service man driving back and forth to their office mentioning having trouble with key code and the Next Day I finally receive a New Chipped/Programed Key, Wow...Mind you their Website says (Mobile Locksmith competitive Prices)I dont think so they were $65 more then the Dealership and I had to prove to the Owner on his own Website there was a discount Coupon, I guess he thought I was lying about that to like when he mentioned I Never Called him!Very dissatisfied Customer, A-1 Security in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you Company must Do Better!P.S I didnt want to but I had toogo to their Office and Pick Up My change of $5.00

They indicate 24 hour service yet when I called at 7:30 am the person who I seemed to have woken up kept pushing me to call someone else with a variety of excuses. His final excuse was that I needed to provide the records for key system. When I said I had them, he said 'I'm Sorry Ma'am, I won't be able to help you'. Best not to advertise 24 hour service and have people like that responding to calls.
