Got BRAND NEW Hyundai key fobs & got them programmed for less than HALF of what Bergstrom Hyundai wanted. So I decided to buy a new Chrysler key fob too and they said all I really needed was to replace the rubber insert in my old one--and they were right! Saving me ANOTHER couple hundred bucks! Great guys & exceptional value!

Called after hours, took a little longer then I would have liked but he was just heading to another call at the time. Was able to unlock our car in a couple of minutes. Very friendly. Not sure what the going rate is but $90 seemed reasonable.

If you're reading this review, chances are that you're kicking yourself for locking your keys somewhere like I was. Nobody WANTS to rely on the services of a locksmith, yet here we are. First, promise yourself that you'll never do something so stupid again, then call Lockworks. I waited less than a half hour for them to get to me, and in less than a minute I had my keys back. Payment is required at the time of service, but the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ....... Had my vehicle towed there to have a new security key programed on my Dodge Dakota and when I talked to the guy on the phone he garanteed he would be able to successfully program they and I'd b able to drive it away as long as there was nothing else wrong which before I lost the key the truck ran perfectly. So after he attempted to program the key which is only usually 20 min job that took 45 mins for him still not to have the key programmed he mentioned that I need to call Dodge and see what else could be the problem I asked if I could leave the vehicle there and and call around to try n figure out what else we could do and if it was something simple I could take care of it and have him attempt to reprogram the key since he already cut a new door key which I paid for and also paid for the labor he preformed the truck was sitting in the lots for 2 days when they had it towed away. Now I stuck with. $450 tow and storage fee. I will never recommend anyone for service at this place not will I ever return for service at this place.
