Called and was told someone would be out in 25-30 minutes. Waited an hour and then tried to call back multiple times...no answer. No call back to let me know if anyone was running late. Will never use again and will make sure none of my friends will either. Tried to keep my business in Pelham and yall left me very disappointed.

Had to replace the ECU in a Honda Civic which requires having the immobilizer synced to new ECU-normally a 'dealership only' operation which they wanted $165 to perform. I was about ready to load the car on a trailer and carry it to them when I found 261 Lock & Key by UnlockItForMe's ad in a Google search. Sent an email and got a response back quickly from Robert asking for a few details followed by another email with a price quote which was half of the dealership's price, including him bringing his service to me!I gave him my address and he arrived at the time we agreed upon and had the car running in minutes. Very professional set up: clean, late model vehicle had graphic wrap with the company's name and credentials displayed prominently on a lanyard he wore around his neck would give anyone peace if mind that they had made the right choice of who to call.I asked if he could make an extra key for my '10 Ford F250 after he had finished the Civic and he knocked that out quickly too. The new key even had the blue Ford logo!This company has earned my business and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in my family, friends, or coworkers who needs a locksmith, or services related to car ECU security syncing in the future (especially Honda, Acura, Toyota, or Lexus).
