Even though the wrecker service got it there late they still got the key made and coded it within an hour before they closed on Friday unlike most automotive shops charged the price they quoted .I will recommend them and use them again if needed.

Made me a phenomenal key for $45 when Lexus wanted to charge me $400 for the same exact key. I was in there under 5 minutes and it's literally a better key than the original Lexus key. Great customer service as well.

I called around 11:30 and arranged for someone to come out. The young man was very nice and everything seemed to be fine. They did tell me it would be late in the afternoon which was fine. Around 3:30 when I called back to see about what time they would be here I was told I would have to bring my key to them and that they could not program my key due to how late it was. They told me they tried to call at 12 PM which they did not and that I told them the wrong vehicle which I did not. I feel the young man I spoke to made a mistake and instead of apologizing he basically told me the mistake was mine. They need someone more responsible and with more experience arranging their appointments. I would not be leaving such a negative review if he had not become so ugly over the phone. People get busy mistakes get made and that's okay. However treating people in such a rude way and not owning a mistake is the quickest way for me to take my business else where. So now at 4 in the afternoon I have to try to find another locksmith. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

Had to have a couple of those Chevy keys cut that have the groove cut in either side of the blade. I brought blanks and they cut both for $30. Both worked and they went out to the car and programed the FOB's for me even though it's not hard to do if you Know the trick.
