WOW!!!! I needed to be rescued and Chandler was there! The app kept me informed of the driver's ETA. Gary showed up ahead of schedule, on a flat bed (that I didn't even think to request) and had my Jeep hooked and on the back in record time. He was very friendly and polite we even had a great chat about our mutual love for dogs, lol! I highly recommend Chandler for anything tow related and they are now my preferred contractor with my insurance company!!! Keep up the great work and thank you for making a really bad day a lot better!!!

The tower got to my vehicle in less than 15 minutes after I called him, and knew what was wrong with the car just from the description I gave him. He got my shift linkage reconnected temporarily to get the car in drive so I could make it to the service station. Knowledable, friendly, fair priced, and quick.

Gary showed up early and was respectful and helpful. He helped me get my truck loaded onto the flatbed tow truck and was careful to load it carefully as it is modified and lifted so not a typical vehicle. He gave me a ride with it to the dealership and taking care of payment was fast and smooth. Thanks Gary!

The Dispatch Person I spoke to asked me the Same question 100xs . Not for clarification but because she wasnt listening . She assured me an unassisted tow wouldnt be an issue but failed to mention for me to take and leave my key in the vehicle (Ive never needed a tow before) Once she did mention those instructions, I asked about how long it would be (I didnt feel safe to leave my car unlocked where it broke down) she told me no one else was on the roster so about 30 min . She then opted to place a lockout in another city, and another tow in front of mine pushing my time out 1hr 30 min from the original 30 min . Then once the tower got to my car, he called and proceeded to ask me the same questions the previous person asked me MULTIPLE TIMES . I asked if the other rep gave him my info, he got smart with me, hung up and didnt call like he was supposed to regarding the drop off .EDIT: The OWNER of this business made it HIS business to personally reach out and give me a call ! He was MORE than polite and MORE than willing to correct the issue and make it a training opportunity for his staff ! I can tell he takes great pride in his business , and for THAT, he gets 5 Starts

These thieves stole my car from North Carolina and then refused to release it to the police or me directly!! The police wanted to fingerprint the car but they will not cooperate. They tried to send me an invoice for over $3,000 for my own car that was stolen just to 'try' to get it back! I'm betting this is a major chop shop of the South and I've got people investigating currently to help me get my own property they stole back in my state and my possession.

When I first called, they had a few jobs ahead of mine. They gave me an accurate estimate of when they could get to me. I was in one place and my car was in another. They were very accommodating. They contacted me when they were on the way to my car so I could meet them. Bennie was courteous and professional. I was driving in a different vehicle as he towed my car. When we took two different routes, he called me to confirm that he had the correct destination (which he did). Their rates are reasonable and their customer service is excellent.

I called Chandler Towing for assistance in changing a flat on my mom's car that I could not change with the factory wrench due to worn down lug-nuts. Brandon, the owner, showed up within minutes and had the tire changed promptly and for a reasonable cost. He was polite, professional, and informative. I was very happy with the service he provided. Less than 2 weeks later my mom had to use his service again when she ran off the road and flattened 2 of her 4 brand new tires. Once again Brandon responded to her call and arrived promptly. He remembered her from the previous call and before beginning work he hugged my shaken and upset mom and ensured that she was alright. He also provided a spare tire and rim to use in addition to the factory spare since 2 tires were ruptured. His kindness will not be forgotten and Chandler Towing will forever be my first call when needing tow services.

Im new to town so I didnt know who to use. Went solely off Chandlers google rating. So glad I did!!! If all tow truck drivers could be as nice as Bennie!!!! Best experience with a towing company ever!!! THANK YOU BENNIE!!!!Also we live in a busy apartment complex..Bennie was very nice to get the car off quickly and not have anybody wait to get by us. He also got our car on very quickly...HIGHLY IMPRESSED and definitely call them again if we need a tow again!!!!

Highly recommend I work at a local hospital so any vacation time is very precious. I came back home to find my car battery completely out. It was late in the evening well past a time when any autoshops would be open. I was extremely fortunate to find Chandler Towing/ roadside Assistance. When I called, I received the shop owner's service directly. This gentleman came to my parking lot and spent well over an hour charging the battery. When this didn't work, he removed my battery and took it to his shop for a manual charge. My car still didn't start. He offered to bring a new battery for me so I didn't have to tow my car or pay for a taxi to get one. Eventually my car started; he only charged me a simple fee despite the time it took and the hard work he put in. It was incredible and I was touched by both his work ethic and his sincerity in helping me get back on the road. The service was exceptional and I would highly recommend to anyone who really need the job done and done right.

Five stars just isn't enough for these people. Other experiences I've had with tow drivers and tow companies in the past have been nightmarish and outrageously priced so I was an anxious wreck when I realized I had to get my vehicle towed. The people at this company not only made it bearable, but it was also affordable and the driver was an absolute angel of a gentleman. He showed up quickly, was careful with my vehicle and he was very polite and professional. If I ever require a tow again (knock on wood), this company is who I'll be calling and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Amazingly, that was the BEST thing that happened to me.Rushing for an 11:00a.m. meeting, I locked my keys in my car. At 11:53 a.m., I called Chandler. At 11:01a.m. the service man arrived! I was stunned at how QUICKLY he arrived. Service was quick and professionally done. Payment was affordable!I recommend and will use this service again.

My pregnant wife, 3yr old son and I were in a rush to get home from breakfast because my wife was feeling very sick. When I turn into my neighborhood there was a flat bed tow truck from this company completely blocking the entire road. The driver was looking at the car he was about to start loading in a neighbor's driveway. We waited patiently for five minutes and the tow truck driver never even acknowledge us. I finally beeped the horn to get his attention. I asked if he could back up a few feet just enough for us to get by because we were in a hurry. He was very rude and extremely aggressive and flat out refused. We waited almost 25min for this jerk to finish before he finally moved. I will never call or recommend this towing service to anyone because of this experience. I would hope the company would do a better job of screening their employees. This guy seemed like he just got out of prison and had a grudge on life! If I could give zero stars I would. This incident occurred on 3/26/18 at approximately 10:30am in Madison near 108 Ramsbrook Drive

Brandon exemplifies quality customer service. My mother-in-law was involved in an accident a few hours away from home and was fortunate that Chandler Towing was responsible for helping her that evening. My wife and I drove from Birmingham to pick her up, and although it was late at night, Brandon waited for us to arrive. He even unloaded things out of her vehicle and helped load them into ours. You really can't do any better than that. Thanks!
