I called yesterday and a guy answered the phone. I asked him for a quote to make a key. He told me the price and we I said ok and ended the phone call. Well, when I called back several times to let him know that I would like to go ahead and do service, he forwarded me to voicemail over 4 times. I left a message explaining that I would like to go ahead and have the service done but no one called me back. He had a rude tone when I spoke with him so I'm assuming he had had a bad morning but that is so unprofessional. I ended up using another locksmith and saved $50.First of all I have no reason to lie. Obviously it was you that I spoke with bc your reply was VERY rude. I noticed on every bad review you reply with an excuse or like the person isn't providing factual information. But here is a screenshot of my call log so that I can show you I have my facts straight!!

Divine Purpose

I locked my keys in the trunk. After getting access into my car door, I soon discovered that my trunk latch wouldn't work. My tech Sam helped figure out what to do and stayed til the end. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Pop-a-Lock for service.

Embarrassingly, my wife and I locked ourselves out of the house. We called 'pop a lock' who apparently has contacts with local businesses. Discount locksmiths came out after about 2 hours. Johnny Loper showed up and was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get us in our house in less than 5 minutes. He charged us the quoted price of $75 and there were no hidden fees. I highly recommend them!

I called for a car key g....locked out of my car from out of state ...and I was down the street from the business, and said it was 24 hours.... it was 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night was told they are 24 hours but he is not at the location and could not get to me until the next day I said I thought you said you were 24 hours he says my business is but I am not....
