Prompt service when I was in a bind. I lost the keys to my car and had to have it moved for a parade in an hour. The guy that was sent (john) was a really nice and great guy and we had some great conversation while he unlocked my car and provided me a spare key. The whole process took about 20 minutes and it was worth it!! Thanks Romans for awesome prompt service !!!

I gave them the information on the car and 20 minutes later they showed up at my house with a working key. Nice, friendly and prompt service. Saved me hundreds from getting the car towed an ticketed. A man pulled up right next to the front door of where I work today. It was a white van that said 'Romans Lock Service'. He was blocking the entrance. He came in, did not introduce himself or say why he was there, was wearing no name badge; he demanded I give him my key to the front door. I kindly asked him to sign in on our visitor's log that we have to maintain for safety reasons; he refused, even after I explained. He made a couple of rude, ugly comments, then said 'Forget It! I'm going home!' I am so disappointed & appalled that any 'professional' would ever act this way towards a customer. I will never rely on their services again, and I will spread the word to everyone I know. How could anyone possibly maintain a business with this kind of attitude and unprofessionalism?! I guess they make so much money & have so many customers, they do not need any more.

Dodge couldn't program a key fob and said it needed to replace a sensor in the dash to the tune of $1,000.00. Decided to try a lock smith to see if they could do it. Took the staff at Roman's less than 5 minutes to have me a new key fob programmed and ready to go saving me over $850.00. I would highly recommend them.
