This was the first time I used Pennington Locksmith Company and I was amazed at the professionalism and expertise. The locksmith called me back verifying that he could cut my VW Passat key fobs. I truly put them to the test as I didn't drive the car to the shop. Out the door pricing was phenomenal and the keys work flawlessly. I called another company about cutting my key fobs for me and was quoted over $200. I paid half that price and received in my mind a better product. I highly recommend you use this company for your European automobile needs. Military recommended!!!!

First of all, this company ACTUALLY has their own storefront which means their address doesn't take you to some random neighborhood or the post office (like most locksmiths in the area). Their prices are incredible and if you take your locks to their store to be re-keyed it takes like 2 minutes per lock! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff when you walk in the door!

Needed some locks re-keyed and a car fob programmed. He suggested when I called that it would save money if I wanted to bring the locks in instead of them making a house call, which I did. They re-keyed my locks instantly and even though my car's key fob was a type he hadn't done before he quickly pulled up the info on it and had it done in short time. I stopped in on Monday 7:55 am; I had a problem with one of my locking cabinet drawers in my work vehicle. The owner came right out, took a look and immediately fixed the lock. Thankfully, it was a simply fix, nut on the mechanism had come loose. He tightened the nut and greased the lock. I would definitely use Pennington Locks again, very professional, friendly and willing to help!

I needed car keys made and luckily I Googled Pennington. Not only was this a very quick trip but the owners were very friendly , professional, and all done at a great price. I needed a new car door and ignition key made, and wanted a fob ordered as well. I researched local locksmiths, and chose Pennington because of the high reviews. Well, now I see why everyone loves them!! I had a bit of a problem case, and the first fob they ordered wound up being faulty (not their fault, just a fluke thing). They went out of their way to order another one quickly, and got it programmed and working the same day it arrived. Even though it wasn't their fault the first one didn't work, they took full responsibility for it anyway! They are skilled, professional, and really go above and beyond for customers. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

This locksmith company is terrific to work with! I'm a Property Manager and I need keys cut properly (unlike other places, this locksmith has never let me down!). They've also done lock changes for me and I have even used them to replace the broken key fob for my daughter's car (which saved me money instead of having to go thru the dealer!) I needed a lock cut off my storage unit a few miles from their office. Took a total of 20 minutes to drive out and cut it off with a Dewalt cutting blade. I made the mistake of not asking what they charge. Came out to $100. Ha! Other locksmiths charge $50-$60. I have to give them a star for fast service and having a Dewalt on hand... other than that a rip off.

I stopped by to have a few spare keys made and found this lock shop on google maps. The lady behind the counter was extremely kind and welcoming. She made the spare keys, explained up front the key cost (Very good prices) and even identified and then explained a difference in my key compared to regular key blanks. She found that it needed a slightly different blank and even showed the difference on a model lock. The keys work flawlessly (unlike the last spare set I got made at the big box tool store). If you need anything done that involves keys.. take it to them because Pennington is the real deal.

I left the key to my bow case in Texas and they were able to pick the lock for me in under ten minutes and without damaging the case. They were wonder people and gave my son a couple keys to play with. If I didn't live in Texas I would use them for all of my locksmith necessities! Highly recommend.

Honest, trustworthy, superb service, dependable: best in the business!! Highly recommendable!!!Our story:We had an issue with a Tabernacle lock in our Church: it wouldn't open. Mike came immediately and was able to get it open. When we sent the door back to the original manufacturer to get the lock fixed, but the same thing happened after a few weeks. Mike came again and helped us out. We sent the door back again to the manufacturer, and when we got it back this time we asked Mike to assess the 'fixes' they put in place.Mike's assessment was right on target, and an on-site engineer at the church agreed with him. After we asked Mike, he took on the job to redesign the entire mechanical locking structure to ensure it would not break again. He did all of this within a week, with superb workmanship. He came by to install it and thanks to Mike we were now ready for Easter without being concerned that the Tabernacle would fail during Mass.
