My wife's aunt passed away. We went to northwest lock and safe because we wanted the locks Rekeyed .the lady couldn't have been more helpful. She explained for a quicker fix .just get the locks then replace them myself to lessen the cost and also explained how to get our personal safe open because the batteries had died ...although I didn't get her name .we will definitely be going back to Northwest when needed .....thank you so much ...

Home Depots new computer system cant make my car key. True Value only does keys for American cars (not sure why.). Northwest was polite, quick and less expensive. Only place to go for keys. They also have great gun safes and door knobs/locks.

What a wonderful place, the owner and employees are fantastic. I went there to get some keys copied and they did them while I was waiting. The building also houses their security department and all in all it is very well laid out. I had very positive experience and will be recommending Northwest Lock and Security to all my neighbors and friends. If a business treats you this well for something small, you know you can really depend on them when you have something big going on.

I purchased a key on amazon for my car and my mother went in and got it cut. I ordered a new key and go to get it cut. So this time the old lady said that it wouldn't work and denied our service and was rude 'I don't know why you kids are trying to get these fancy keys.' I don't think it's necessary to support a business that is rude to people and denies service. Please don't go here she is judgmental and rude. My mother and I are very annoyed and disappointed.

My ignition for my suburban locked up and would not turn. They made up new coded keys and fixed my ignition to the point where it turns like butter now. It fought them in every way possible getting it fixed but they did a great job. Thank you again guys!
