I would recommend ACME locksmith to any homeowner who would prefer to swtich multiple locks with keys to one key only. Austin came to my house and quickly performed the job necessary. I am grateful for their service today, and would like someone reading this to have confidence their job can be finished correctly too.

I contacted this company regarding not being able to open my digital safe. They asked for all information regarding the safe and said they'd get right back with me as soon as they gathered all the equipment they'd need to open my safe. Three days later I received an email saying that I'd need to contact a professional safe/ lock company and have my safe drilled. Which would have cost a minimum of $1,000.00, plus my safe would have been ruined, and I would have had to buy another one. Now, they advertise that they are a professional safe and lock company, but I guess they are not after all. Later that day I did speak to a lock smith that advised me to replace the keypad, which I ordered along with new lock on Amazon for $80.00. Once I installed it, my safe opened. This company by their own admission is not a professional safe & lock company. If I could give 'minus' stars I would do so. They almost cost me thousands of dollars.In response to your reply, which I was able to reply to via email, I did indeed attach a copy of the email that I received from Acme-Phoenix. And as you can see it clearly states it is from Acme-Phoenix and that I would need to call A-Proffessional Locksmith in Chandler. If I could attach a copy here I would. Only because you are saying I am mistaken, which I certainly am not. I am as surprised as you are that I received such a reply from your company. That is why I thought it important to say so on my review.***********I just noticed how to attach copy of the email I received from Acme-Phoenix.(see attached). Photo of email shows up on your 'posts or photos i think. I also forwarded it to the email as you requested Robert. Also, I looked up and called your Phoenix office, so there's no mistaking it as a scam from some bogus company. I do hope things do get straightened out at your company.

Locked my keys in my van at Home Depot. Called ACME locksmith along with a few other companies and Drew from ACME was on site before I even received calls back from other vendors. Drew was extremely professional and knowledgeable and got the door unlocked within minutes. It worth every penny of the fee. Would highly recommend ACME to anyone in need.

I called Acme when the key broke off in my security door. The gentleman on the phone were very helpful and friendly. Drew came to repair the lock. He was awesome. He quickly removed the broken key and made the locks work better than the ever had before. I highly recommend Acme!!

Had a key made by Drew and he was easily one of the friendliest people I've met. Great customer service. It was 10 minutes before closing time and had to walk back to my car around the corner to make sure the key worked and he told me just to give him a call if I had any issues and he would stay open a little later to make sure it was taken care of. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Lie

A different locksmith company came out and tried to rekey my 350z, charged me 200 bucks for a key that wouldn't program to my car and tried to tell me my perfectly working BCM was bad. Andrew Ramajas saved the day in less than 30 minutes! On Memprial day no less! I really cannot express how grateful I am. Thank you again!! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I believe our locksmith was named Drew, and he was quick, knowledgeable, and showed up at 5 on the dots after calling to make sure the time was still good (my window was 5-8!) He was polite, clean, and in the wake of the virus he came equipped with wipes to clean the door knobs afterwards lol! Will be using acme again should we need any other lock smith services!

Very easy to book an appointment online. The company texted me when my locksmith, Drew, was on the way and he called me just to make sure I was ready. Drew was awesome, cut and programmed a new key fob for my car in about 20 minutes and I was all set.

The back of my car key had cracked and a large piece had fallen off. I stopped by ACME without calling to make an appointment or to even see if they would be able to help. Drew helped me right away and was able to fix my key in literally two minutes. It is as good as new! He could have told me that I needed an entirely new key (which would have been significantly more expensive), but instead, he just replaced the back piece for me. I was only charged $15 (way less than I was anticipating)! I will continue to go back to ACME anytime I need a fix!

I contacted ACME Locksmith to get some help getting a key made for an outdoor shed. The shed had a locking handle on it, but was there when I bought the house and I never got a key from the previous owners. So, the shed has just been unlocked for years. Unfortunately, someone decided to jump my wall and steal my bike from the shed recently. So I needed a solution. The process was so simple. Drew asked me to send over a pic of the lock I needed a key for and within minutes I got a reply that he could cut a key. The Phoenix shop is pretty close to my house and I drive over and had my new keys in less than 5 mins. Awesome service! Awesome staff! Just an overall awesome experience! I would recommend their services to anyone needing a locksmith.
