Very impressed. I called on a busy Friday, and Patrick responded courteously and said that it would be about 90 minutes due to the rush of calls. He texts back shortly thereafter and tells me he can arrive earlier, texts me updates along the way, and opens my difficult door in about 10 minutes. Rates were very reasonable, and Patrick was experienced and professional. Would gladly call again.

And when they explained different things to me they not only saved me a bunch of money, they also gained a bunch of business from me, both of which I did not originally plan. They also have the old school locksmith skills that allowed them to make a key for an old padlock that did not have a key which also saved me a bunch of money, time, and aggravation! Thanks guys!

I and my husband were ocked out of our van with my elderly mom and her service dog and grocery shopping in the car and in a area I had not really known well ! Not only was he and his company amazingly fast responding but helped make us all feel better about the situation and got us on our way ! Needed a spare key for a Lexus. These guys communicated all the details with me up front, and got the new key cut, even working around the fact that my existing key was bent. Threw in a new shell for the existing key because the old one was falling apart. Will definitely use these guys again in the future!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I have never witnessed such lack of professionalism, customer service, and personal ethics with a company in my life. Last night, I went on vacation and left my dogs with a sitter. At 1am, I found out that our sitter had locked her and our dogs in the backyard in the rain. When I called, confirmed my order, and sent them the consent form.; I expressed to the employee that it was an urgent matter and she assured me they would be there within 25 min and that if they could not get ahold of anyone they would call me. I woke up the next morning, my sitter informed me that they did not come for (3 hours) and answered none of her phone calls. She had to lift my dogs over a 6ft concrete fence and bring them elsewhere. I called the company in the morning and spoke with a guy, he said that they called me multiple times, I said absolutely not, I had my phone on me with full data the entire night, I did not receive a single call. He transferred me to the same employee from last night, she immediately answered me with an attitude and proceeded to lie to me saying that I called in and cancelled our services. Which one is it!? You couldnt get ahold of me, or you spoke to me and I canceled my services . Nope they were lazy and didnt want to go to a service at 3/4am, so they cancelled it in there system and left my sitter and dogs outside all night waiting. Your company and its employees are despicable.

I purchased an old wooden desk on CL done time ago to replace the one I lost a few years back. The center drawer had a built-in lock that, when the drawer is pushed in all the way and locked, would activate a locking mechanism for all the other drawers and would prevent them from being opened. Great feature if you have the original key which in my case, I didn't. I was hoping to get a key made but unfortunately the lock is so custom that keys aren't made anymore small enough to fit the key hole. But, the guy behind the counter said he'd talk to the owner and see if there's something else they could figure out. Since I had taken them the front art of the drawer that had the lock I decided to leave it with them and decided to wait for their call. I wasnt home an hour before they called saying they had a solution and wanted to know if they had my permission to go ahead and install a new lock. When I picked the piece up I could only tell that it was a new lock by the silver color where the original was more of a copper color. I put the drawer back together and let the glue dry before sliding it back into place and everything worked perfectly!!! Not only did the bolt line up perfectly with the notch on the underside of the desktop but the locking mechanism workes perfectly as well. Going into this I didn't have a great deal of faith that it could be fixed but these guys really blew me away. I still can't believe it's fixed.

Okay for starters I called several places in an attempt to open my safe since I lost the key. Everyone said lets drill it out and I said lets not. Finally I reached Advanced lock and safe where they told me they could pick it open. Not even 5 minutes did it take him to help me out and to top it off he made a key for me. I definitely will trust these guys with all my locksmith needs.

I am from Pennsylvania and stayed in a lovely condo in Phoenix this past week. Being that it was 115 degrees out and my husband I had just come back to the rent a condo with groceries I was much just made to find out that we have lost our key. I had the Good Fortune of choosing this business off my web search and was delighted with the outcomes. The technician that did our work was very professional very patient and very knowledgeable. The lock was unusual and difficult yes he stayed with the job until the end and even had a lock to replace the one that had to be drilled out. I couldn't be more pleased with a service and with the price. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitstion. I also really liked that the service representative let me know he would need proof via a rental contract that we were renters there. Honesty and integrity , rare in this day.
