My man Todd was absolutely amazing, I went to him to get some key remotes programmed. It was a total bummer it didnt work out, but Todd didnt charge me a thing. Instead he told me of a really great alarm system to look into and a wild story behind it! I would recommend this man to anyone who ask!

Todd is a great #locksmith. He was able to help me out with my commercial customer. The ATM lock and door was damaged. Todd repaired the lock and strike then installed a latch protector to further discourage would-be vandals.

Amid the COVID-19, I called for an auto lockout. Initial response was very quick. After exchanging some information through texts, we spoke on the phone. That conversation was great. Very personable. Once he arrived the experience just continued to be pleasurable. A resolution to my issue was almost immediate, in addition, he shared some useful knowledge to remember in the future. Overall an awesome experience!!!!

If I could give Todd 10 stars, I would! He made time at a busy time of the year to come fix the lock on my 2004 Honda Accord. No other locksmith in the area would even try to fix it. Because the lock was broken, my automatic locks weren't working and I had no other manual lock on my car, there was no other way for me to get into my car and so my car was not drive-able. He came to me to fix it for that reason. Even though it was an extremely difficult procedure to perform for various reasons (one of them being that my car battery was dead and he jump started it for me in order to perform the procedure), he did not charge me more than his original quote. He was friendly, easy to work with, and super knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs a good locksmith. He also took time to let me know that from the look of the lock someone had tried to break into my car just so I would be aware of that. Talk about someone who cares! He is the best. :)

Todd is, simply put, incredible! He is, by far, the most personable locksmith I've ever met. He is a great conversationalist and always has a smile and something nice to say. When I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute, because I got called into work, he was more than accommodating. He was willing to work with me. I needed car keys made, he did it in a snap! The quality was completely perfect and the price was more than fair! I'm highly recommending him to anyone and everyone I know (even if they don't need a locksmith!) I will be a return, and lifetime customer. Cannot recommend enough!

Within hours after driving off the car lot I could not find the second key fob the dealer had given to me. I wanted to be sure that anything I put into the car would stay in the car. So I searched for a professional locksmith that would come to me. I was surprised and pleased to have found a personable, detailed-oriented, Todd of Alcatraz Locksmith. I thought I knew what I wanted; but, he explained what I needed. I have an old 1990 Dodge Ramcharger and the key I got for the rear hatch from the guy I bought it from did not work. I called Todd and told him what I had and he instantly knew the car and they type of key it needed. I brought the truck to him and showed him what I had and he immediately knew I had the wrong key. He looked at the lock and guessed at the key number I needed; after getting the lock cylinder out of the rear hatch and looking up the code on the lock, the key he guessed was the right key. He cut it for me and it worked like a charm! I was only there for about 30 minutes. Great service and great knowledge. Thanks for the help.

Exceptional service. Responded immediately to my text for service. Came out the next day and repaired my door handle and also adjusted the door so it would no longer stick. I asked if he could get my bedroom door to latch and he fixed that too. I hadn't been able to get it to latch for five years and he fixed in less than 5 minutes. Reasonable price as well.

After getting an outrageous quote from the Toyota dealer (tow vehicle 18 mi to dealership, labor charge of $135/hr for 2-3 hours and price of $45 per key), Todd met us that afternoon and made two transponder keys within 30 minutes! Todd is amazing, knowledgeable and professional. I had two transponder keys and neither worked. He was totally booked that day and was not able to come to me. That didn't stop him from helping. He would call me when he was driving between jobs. After several phone calls back and forth between us, he walked me through how to program them. This in spite of the fact that the instructions I got to program them from the manufacturer was wrong.
