Outstanding service! I have a 2005 Honda Element and the ignition switch had become completely stuck. Online research proved that its common in '03 to '08 models as Honda used brass wafers in the tumblers that can end up wearing out and binding up. The big problem is to replace the part costs upwards of $1500. The part alone online costs any where from $700 to $1000 (manufacturer price & dealer gouging)!I did find out through YouTube that the ignition part that takes the key can be rebuilt for substantially less! Thanks to Jimbo, he knew exactly what it was and how to fix it and he just saved me a very large amount of money! Should last me about another 10 years. Total bill came to $145. Very Happy! Thank you! It stinks I'm moving away but I will always remember Prescott Lock & Safe!

Jimbo, the owner, came to our home on time and was very professional and efficient. He has a very pleasant, happy personality. Our dogs 'helped' him and liked him also. He fixed one lock and reinstalled it and changed the knob on another as it interfered with our blinds. The woman who called the night before was very polite and efficient and pleasant also. We would recommend him for sure.

After the rude and insulting behavior I experienced at 'someplace else', I decided to go around the corner to Prescott Lock & Safe. What a world of difference! The customer service treatment at Prescott Lock & Safe is what you expect from a merchant. Further, the key cut worked the first time. Unlike 'someplace else' where 25% of the keys cut had to be returned for a refund. I would give them a 10 if I could. I will return.

I needed a motorcycle key duplicated that's difficult to find. Another locksmith in town referred me here. Jimbo found the correct blank and the new key works great with no tuning needed. Look here if you need an unusual or rare key. Friendly, accurate, reasonable with small town feel.
