Today Locksmith Near Me sent out a technician named Brandon to re-code a vehicle lock. He was polite, professional, and his work was outstanding. He completed the work in a very timely manor and made sure I was happy with the work before he left. I would definitely recommend this company after witnessing their technicians work.

My car key broke in my car door of my 1980 Buick Regal. I was searching and reading reviews online of lock smiths and came across Call Orange. So i gave them a call to come out and fix my problem. My tech Luis showed up to my home 20 mins later after i placed my call. Luis was very professional and knowledgeable of my car. Luis replaced my lock and he was very careful putting the door back together. I will be calling Luis again to replace my other door lock on the passenger aide.

He arrived as agreed and did a prompt and thorough job even though I had a pile of 30 years worth of keys! He had a can do attitude and was very knowledgeable of the types of keys and the work that needed to be done. He was fast, friendly, Professional, and effective. The worst when it comes to an emergency. I tried contacting via Google phone through an unknown number on my pc because my phone is STUCK in my LOCKED CAR. They constantly repeated that they needed a phone to reach me and could not connect me to a technician. After one last reiteration telling me that they need a phone number, the ill-mannered customer service rep immediately hung up after asking for a number a last time with a terrible attitude. I expected help, all I got was an immature attitude from a customer service rep who couldn't connect me to a technician. I'm sure their services are great but whoever that rep was needs to get fired.

Hi this is Michelle and we just had a locksmith named Dean come out late past time he was supposed to go home and he really helped us out and me and my daughter would 150% recommend for everyone very funny made us feel comfortable didnt judge and even had to squeeze through a tiny door to help us and I was so happy and to top it off we were in the rain and he didnt coplain not once a very good man and if I could leave him a $100 dollar tip I would thank you so much Dean!

We called the Springfield Missouri number to have a car unlocked and were told we would receive a call back in 3-5 minutes with a time estimate on when we would receive help. After 15 minutes we called another business to receive help. Over an hour later we received the return call finally and informed them we got help elsewhere. Im not sure if there was a problem with their system to where they did not receive our info until much later, but I would probably not call this service again because of this confusion. I gave 2 stars because the first woman we spoke to was friendly.

Rich just came out to my business and replaced the locks. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had the same locks on my office for 10+ years and they've been re-keyed several times. Rich pointed out an issue with my front door that has been there the entire time. No previous locksmith identified or notified me of the problem, so I never realized it was abnormal. He fixed the issue and now I have a properly functioning lock. Extremely grateful and will highly recommend Rich to anyone that needs a locksmith.
