Awesome customer service. They had to order in my remote special, it came in the very next day and they called to let me know right away. When I arrived my key was cut, and they programmed my car remote. Quick and easy! Definitely recommend them, will use for all my key and lock needs!

Did not have a key to my motorcycle and called at 11:30am and Ruben was able to come out at 2pm the same day. He had to go the long route of taking apart one of the locks to be able to make the key, but he did and was done within an hour! He also made two extra copies for me! Awesome overall experience! Their price was half the first locksmith that was here btw....very fair price for excellent service. Would highly recommend Bob's and Ruben!

This place is awesome! I misplaced my keys and after finding them decided to get a spare. I googled locksmith and this neat little shop popped up. Called and the person on the phone said they do copy keys and take credit cards with a enthusiastic tone of voice. I showed up about 15 minutes later. Got 2 pairs of spares, tested them out, and they both work! I got a custom set, a regular, and a pouch. Reasonable price! I use the spares now.

Ruben Hernandezs worked and worked until he was able to open my RV tonight. Someone else came and tried to open the doors before him but Ruben was able to get it open!!! Thank you for making a key by hand to get it open the door.

I was told that Bob's Locks and Safe was the place to go if you wanted to get things done. It turned out that it was true. I wanted to make the fob for my Accord work after I had installed a new battery. For some crazy reason, simply installing the new battery wasn't all that it took. It was necessary to make them work. I had been told outraging prices for having Honda dealers do the simple task- but they wanted me to buy a new fob for something like $200.I took the advice of my friend at Car Shop and went to Bob's.The unexpected great thing was that at Bob's it took about 2 minutes for the magic to happen, with success, and the charge was $0.00. I can't remember the last time that I had to pay so much for anything!Then, I looked around at the 199? different types of locks and, on the other side of the store many safes.I bought several strong brass padlocks. Then, I learned that it was possible to have the new padlocks set so that they would work for my keys for home. The padlocks weren't cheap but I am confident that they will last and be strong.So, if you want to have car keys to do their job, find high quality locks, and great service, I suggest that you go to Bob's Locks & Safes.

I have been searching for a place to get a key for my motorcycle, I reached out to 5 different locksmith, each one 'claimed' they worked on motorcycles, once there or once I would call the story would change or they couldn't work on my bike. Finally I was told about Bob's, reached out to Andy that works there and brought the bike down, Andy looked over the bike, said no problem, he cleaned out the locks, made 2 new keys, and gave me the key code, just in case these keys were lost. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST PRICE AND PROFESSIONALISM HANDS DOWN. I HIGHLY recommend Andy over here, he is the motorcycle guru. He is a must go to for ANY key or lock needs for your motorcycle. My Honda security key broke, so I ordered a blank online and came here to move the transponder into the new shell and have the shell blank cut to match. Saved me a couple hundred bucks vs the dealer. Turns out he can get the blank/shell also, and the cost would be the same as the way I did it. One stop shop. He can also get genuine replacements if the transponder stops working and can program them, for less than the dealer or Ace quoted me. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Very professional people, a breath of fresh air. Took my 2011 Corvette to get a new fob. Very concerned as I would normally not chance anyone doing work on Vette but Chevrolet dealer. Very accurate professional job. Saved me a bunch of money over the dealer, and got same exact fob as dealer would have supplied OEM part. So if you have a car you love !!!! Lost one of the key fobs for my 2016 Nissan Quest. Made one (1) call to Bob's and he said he would have one in 4 to 5 days. He was honest! Got a call on the 5th business day that the key was in took less than a half hour to have the key programed and everything is working! This is a better option than going to the dealer! Bob's locks are awesome. They do a great job, and so much better and cheaper than the dealer. Even for everyday keys like house keys, the charge more than the Walmart machine, but they're worth it.

I've been here twice: once for some duplicate keys and once to retumble the ignition cylinder for my Civic. Both times the staff has been very quick, friendly, informative and MUCH cheaper than dealership service. They're also open for a reasonable amount of time on Saturdays, which is a plus!
