Called and asked about getting a second key for my Toyota and was quoted a very nice price, actually less than 1/3rd of what both local dealerships wanted. Upon entering the store, a friendly, yet very knowledgeable young man, helped us. We were in and out of the store, with a freshly cut and programmed key, in less than five minutes. Our Toyota started right up. Should there ever be another need for a key to be made, we won't hesitate to come back. Read one or two negative reviews about AAA, not sure what the customers' problems were, probably the customers! Thanks AAA.

I have yet to have the necessary work done by AAA LOCK & KEY. Their explanations and suggestions have worked out to my benefit. Call someone else! After all, that's what they told me to do after 2 trips to my home within two weeks... 'We can't do the work on your place and we're busy with other work. Call someone else!' Well... I did and of all the good luck, I found Key One - Gordon was prompt, courteous, reasonably priced. Thank you, AAA for your very good advice to call someone else.

Had all of our locks installed by them! Always very quick to to send someone down when we need them. Sergio came down a couple of days ago and helped us with one of our locks in our office. He was very friendly was able to get our lock fixed quickly! Would definitely recommend this company!

Brought in a lock and they claim couldnt get it apart and couldnt fix. Took me about 5 min at home to get it apart and I fixed my own lock based on my knowledge of messing with locks over the years. Maybe I should be a locksmith! Im surely better at it than these guys. They claim 55 years experience but Im an IT guy with basic lock skills and was more knowledgeable. Lol.

Rudest customer service I have ever come across in my entire life (36 years wise btw) Junior the locksmith acted like he didn't even want the job that would make his company $180 plus. Then when I called to ask to speak to manager(John) he acted like it doesnt matter how you treat the customers. I for one will never go back.

I've had the worst experience coming here so far. The people who work here are either unhappy with their lives, their jobs or just both. The kid / guy who works here argue with customers and basically doesn't care about performing his 'job'. This is the perfect example of Minimum Pay means Minimum Work. I called to see if they would be able to come make me a new key and the first negative about this place is the man i spoke with on the phone, he was not cheerful at all, 2nd negative was the price of $135, 3rd was when i asked if they honered triple AAA discounts or miltary, instead of him answering me my question he proceeded to tell me that they were not triple AAA for were they affiliated with them, so i asked him the same question again and yet he didn't answer the question but repeated his earlier statement, so i asked him the same question for a 3rd time and same outcome, then the 4th time of repeating myself he finially answered my question but ended it with saying the same thing like he did the last 3x's. He acted as if i wasn't listening to him or that i was stupid or something. So i highly recommend NOT TO USE THIS PLACE UNLESS U WANT TO FEEL LIKE REPEATING URSELF AND DEALING WITH A MAN WHO NEEDS LESSONS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Believe me when I say THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO MISCOMMUNICATION!I called to ask prices for a BRAND NEW key and to have it programmed AAA Lock & Key quoted me $150 so i then asked if that was for 1 key w/programming the guy says YES!SO i made an appointment for the following day. So the next morning i have a friend and my husband call and ask the same questions for the same car & they broke it down saying that its $150 JUST FOR THEM TO COME OUT (which I was NEVER told or quoted)plus a reprogramming fees & key fees! They were going to charge me over $200 without even telling me! Then just because my husband called and asked questions THEY the company AAA Lock & Key canceled my appointment without even me doing so, So should of been sitting around waiting for nothing! AAA Lock & Key has poor customer service, poor communication skills, and should clearly specify what ALL charges are when customers call and ask!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO AAA LOCK & KEY NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!!!!!

These guys have helped me numerous times with my motorcycles. I have brought in keys and they had them made in minutes. Today I brought in the ignition switch to a 1995 Heritage Softail Nostalgia and within an hour they had a key made for it. I *very much* appreciate that this establishment is here.

Dont bother with these people. Cheap prices come with horrible customer service and days without your vehicle. I ordered my key on a Thursday with Monday at the latest I call Monday only to be told Seven other people ordered the same key the same day you did, you have to wait until we go through our orders How is this an acceptable business practice? I cancelled another locksmith for AAAs prices, and I regret it. For $40 more, I got an amazing locksmith to my house within an hour. If youre not absolutely strapped for cash, Id suggest taking your business elsewhere, unless you can go for days on end without your vehicle.

They had an old dusty Rolodex with the combos from this company that's been long since out of business and got me the combo for a cool $35.... Unfortunately, we didn't turn into millionaires upon entry but at least we didn't have todrill safe.

I called and my call went straight to voice mail. I was able to finally get thru later. I needed a key made for a local vehicle, 16 yr old truck, door key works in the ignition. AAA wanted a key to copy, I told them it was 3 hrs away to retrieve. Suddenly I was quoted 180.00 ! Apparently the price is determined by the distance I have to travel myself, to solve the problem myself. If I had an accessible key, why would I need a key made? Ford was able to get me a key using the VIN. Pays to shop around.

After someone attempted but failed to steal my car I needed to utilize a mobile locksmith and chose AAA Lock and Key after scheduling two separate appointments with a different service (Intel Lock) that no-showed on me both times. Update 02/25/2020:New location, same awesome customer service. Well worth the drive. The only ones who can copy key fobs and chipped keys correctly that I've seen. Ordered replacement of all locks on new home to be keyed the same and be deadbolts. This guy does shoddy work and broke the security door lock and did not fix it. When I lock the deadbolt, you can shake open the door. Front door handle has a scratch on it. Horrible attitude.
