Ripoff artist came and screwed me out of $120. Keys are locked in the trunk and dude knew fully well that trying to open the door from the outside would put the car into anti-theft lockdown and the trunk still wouldnt be able to open but he still did it anyway.

I needed my lock system to be replaced as I had left the keys on my business door the previous night. I called this company and was told someone would be at my location in 15 minutes and he did come in 15 minutes.He fixed it and matched the competitor's price as well. it was a really good experience. I will use this company again in case i need to rekey my lock. Thank you Dave.

I'm a millennial and I'll tell you that B1 is the best. Custom one on one service, I don't like calling and I prefer to text, so you can text your info and they text you back! I sent over some pictures of a scooter key I needed copied and sure enough B1 helped me out. You can go to the shop or the shop can come to you. Either way, I will recommend B1 to all my friends and you should too!

Excellent. We just bought a new house and needed all new locks. We called B1 this morning they gave us an appointment for 1pm and Dave showed up promptly at 1, he listened to what we wanted made a few suggestions and then did a complete and thorough job. When he was finished, he walked us around to check each and every lock to be sure they were all working properly while he was still here. And after all that he showed us the key in our key fob for our car in the event the clicker doesnt unlock the car. Great service, reasonable prices. Thank you very much!

I wanted a spare key but Nissan wanted to charge over $300 and after a few quotes I was offered a pretty good deal elsewhere but B1 was was able to give an even better deal and come to me which made it much more convenient. I am the type who always loses everything important, with that said I have lost my keys three separate locksmiths and I must say that Ben of B1 locksmiths is superb. He said he was twenty minutes away and he arrived in 18 minutes( standing outside in June in Pheonix ) you count every minute without air conditioner). He was incredibly cheap compared to the competition by fifty dollars he. Saved me. He was friendly and even fixed my battery terminal on my on my car which saved me the headache of not knowing why my car wouldn't start. Ben also gave me a replacement key for the price that I paid for just one key with another company.

These guys were great. I lost my keys to my 2007 Honda Accord and they came out right away. It took about 15 minutes to cut and program my key. They have competitive prices and are friendly. I will be using them them again.

I would give him 10 stars if possible. He's very professional, friendly, and responsive. I asked Ben to cut and program a new key for my Mazda 6. I have asked another guy before and for some reasons he couldn't program it. Ben came and faced the same situation, after an hour of trying to program the key, he said there is a problem with my car. It doesn't accept the signal from other keys. Ben came back a day after with a special key that actually work! If I'd gone to a dealership I would've spent $200 extra. Amazing work! Please contact him for any locksmith inquiry!
