We recently used this company and the lady who answers the phone was one of the rudest and most unprofessional people ever! She sounds like she truly hates her job and you're an inconvenience to talk to. You having a 'bad day' does not justify the way you talk to people especially when your business is customer service based. The man who replaced the locks was really nice and very professional! Please ask him to teach you how to treat your paying customers!

We had two metal filing cabinets that had no keys. The file cabinets we're in the back of our Subaru and not easily accessible. Andy, after several attempts on a very hot July day was able to make new keys for us. He really spent a lot of time and effort to make the new keys.We appreciate all this hard work. I had a miserable experience with this locksmith. I was unable to get into my car, and I called them to come help. I was told it would take roughly 20 minutes for someone to arrive to get me into my vehicle, but when over 45 minutes passed, I was still standing in the cold waiting. I understand some discrepancy in the time quoted, but it was ridiculous of them to not even call. I promptly called the locksmith who was supposed to be on his way. Of course, I dont know where he was coming from, but it seemed to me he wasnt on his way when I talked to him by the way he impolitely responded when I asked if he had left to unlock my car. I know where the shop is, and its no more than 20 minutes from where I was. It was also very early in the morning, not exactly the busiest time of day. I was told by the locksmith that I needed to call the office to let them know I didnt need help anymore. I did so immediately, and I was rudely told that I would still have to pay them, which was outrageous because theyd provided me with no service whatsoever. I refused, and they proceeded to call me 7 times in the next 45 minutes, harassing me from both the office number and the number of the technician. I will never use this company again. They have no integrity and atrocious customer service. Take your business elsewhere. Im also posting this in case they come to kill me because the number of phone calls was unsettling. ;)
