these people are crooks. charged me a $115 for a key they couldn't program then i had to have my car towed to Honda to have them program the key and Honda said it seemed as if the key was defective then i had to pay Honda for a separate key . over all was charged $115 for nothing and a job not done. after i contacted Marc and Richard for refund they said if i had my receipt from Honda they would reimburse me, after i said okay lets meet up they kept hanging up on me and dodging my calls haven't got my money back at all. I was scammed by these people, they also refused to communicate with the better business bureau

Update: Also, in response to the business saying that I, and others that have left negative reviews, were not customers, I tried attaching a picture of my statement showing that I was indeed a customer but I don't see it coming up publicly.Horrible service! I lost 190 bucks using these guys. Looks like these guys created a new page on google to get rid of the bad reviews and now are back at 5 stars off 9 reviews. I was locked out of my house back in September and called these guys. Ya they show up fast but don't get anything done. Guy came to my house with tools that had dead batteries and couldn't even get into my house, destroyed my deadbolt drilling it and still couldn't get inside. I ended up sleeping in my car until my landlord came down from phoenix the next day to unlock the house for me. The tech who 'worked' on my lock said he felt bad and would replace my deadbolt at least but I think we all can guess what happened next. Nothing. They got my money and that's all they wanted. Which is fine, I learned to never use these guys as a locksmith and I hope you all read my review so you don't get victimized like I was! Go elsewhere!!

I lost all my keys when hiking and called Zippy Locksmith, they had someone out to me in 20 minutes. Not only did the tech cut me a new key for my car but he also came to my house and changed the keys for all my locks. Thank god he brought up my house keys, I didn't even think about that. Service was awesome along with my tech. Thanks so much for all your help!!

We were visiting Tucson and lost our car key. We actually own a Locksmith Service as well, but traveling you dont have a key machine and whatnot. We called these guys and they cut a key for my Chrysler for under $175. Keep it up Zippy.

Do not trust this company!!!!! We called to ask for pricing and we were told it is around $50 it depends how far we are. When locksmith got to us he said its $50 to open my door and then it was a flat $25 to come out. I asked if that price was no matter where within town i was he said yes. I told him we were told it depended how far we were is what we were told. They should have said its flat $75 not around $50 he tried to lower to $65 and called his boss and his boss and him began arguing over the phone and bos refused to lower price. In the ened after back and forth they said $70 after waiting so long with my kids not necessary because of lock skith but because whole situation we paid and left. He got the job done but dont trust them in pricing they are true liars who rather tell you one and change it later but to where you just have to give in because of the stress of the situation. Was so dissatisfied with their customer service and simple questions such as pricing. We were calling around for best prices that we could afford with out staying without a cent and i thought i finally found one untill i figured out how desperately they want money that they lie on quotes.

Zippy Locksmith is a great service! Locked myself out of my car in the evening hours, in a not so nice area of town. Donnie came out within 20 mins and had me on my way in 5mins. When my door lock was out of the order after installation, the technician came back and fixed it. Good job! Please remove negative comments about your customer. The service man worked really hard to fix the problem. He deserves good rating. However, the owner's comment below isn't appropriate. This is not how you do business and also customer service. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Saved me hundreds! Very satisfied with Dons professionalism and quick service, had to get a 2nd key because my vehicle required it(14 MKZ)Don overnighted it and got it done ASAP. Dealership was going to charge me double! Dont look elsewhere if you ever find your self keyless! Disregard any low-star comments or reviews!

When I called, no price was quoted at all. A locksmith was requested, and I was told he'd be there in 25 minutes (perhaps a bit longer due to traffic). The locksmith arrived 50 minutes after I called. The locksmith quoted me a price of $105. He was sent away after popping one lock to to the security door and drilling out the deadbold. He did not replace the deadbolt or any of the locks he quoted me. He charged me $165 for an incomplete job. I paid, and called the company owner who stated the locksmith should have never quoted me such a low fee in the firstplace. Not good at all
