Super fast service!!! I kept adding requests to my original service call, and Mr. Casey agreed with a smile. Id been dealing with my locks for a couple of days and was so frustrated. Mr. Casey was able to install deadbolts, rekey all locks, and make duplicate keys in a flash. The locks open and close smoothly. Mr. Casey was ahead of time for our appointment, but called first to make sure it was okay. He was polite, respectful, professional, and reasonable. He explained how the locks worked with which I was unfamiliar. He left with a smile and thank you. I shall definitely refer all to this family owned company!

Their office is located back in a neighborhood. Google maps will lead you to the general area their sign was easy enough to see. They got my camper rekeyed quickly and without any appointment. They have a few service vans to come to your home/business. And it appears they have locations in Bentonville and springdale too.

This company is amazing! As i got out of my car i left my keys in my car an im not sure how i locked the doors when i got out but i locked my toddler in the car he came in a very reasonable time an DID NOT CHARGE ME ! He said his company did not charge for children locked in cars!

Damaged my rear tailgate and swapped a new one on. Forgot to snag my previous lock cylinder when swapping and for the past two years i haven't been able to lock my tailgate! Finally made the decision to get it re-pinned. Called around to some mobile only locksmiths and it seemed to be pretty pricey. Avoided the hassle of having to schedule an appointment and taking off work by coming to this brick and mortar business. Very resonable and the work was performed quickly!
