Called to get a replacement key. He said they were busy and he would get to it. (I understand when businesses get busy) so, I was willing to wait 4 days.had to call back to see if I could schedule the replacement key. He said he 'forgot'. Said he would call back. Called again. No answer. Called one more time, no answer. Left a message with a lady.and then Called one last time(no answer)to tell him I'm getting a someone else.

So dodge was going to charge me $300 to replace and program a key for my 2006 dodge ram, Steve and them did it for $100 less and even drove all the way to me to fix and get me back on the road. These guys are friendly and amazing and went about r and beyond to service my needs and get me back on the road. This is a really great place to get any key u need made they are cheap but very great quality! Very professional, even had to have them help open a safe, they did it with ease and I was still able to use the key turn mechanism, so my safe wasn't totally be lost.

Horrible service, I brought an original uncut GM key; it seemed they cut it wrong because they didnt work on my truck, they didnt even opened the door. For worse, I just came back in the store and asked them if they could fix it or help me and they just started arguing with me, being rude and he was even willing to cut another key just to prove me wrong but he wasnt willing to cut another one to honor his service. Horrible people! I wont be back for sure. Store was stinky and smoky also, it seems they smoke inside there. Horrible store!
