Do NOT use this service for locksmith lock outs. Although the telephone etiquette of representatives is very professional, the technician was very unprofessional and aggressive.Called for a lock out. This gentleman without advising me started DRILLING into my keyhole and opened the door WITHOUT TRYING TO PICK THE LOCK FIRST.I could've done that myself, the reason I called a locksmith, is to SAVE my lock lol.Making matters worse, he stated the total was 230 dollars. There was no mention of fee before. Suddenly he changes the price to 189. I reluctantly paid, and contacted the company with no response. I subsequently called another locksmith, who replaced the broken lock and changed out 3 more locks with hardware for 205.Crooks.. stay away.. here is his picture
