From the initial call which was taken within seconds to speaking with the office, you were greeted with very helpful knowledge. My wife was locked out of a property and they were dealt within minutes! Yes, 35 minutes engineer arrived and locks and keys were replaced with no stress and very reasonable on price. I would highly recommend it.

He took the window out completely and knocked out the bent metal. He refitted the window, which was really a 2 man job, single-handed. It was very difficult as the window was very heavy to hold whilst at the same time trying to fix the screws back. I would definitely recommend him. An excellent worker who takes pride in what he does.

Roy was extremely effective and fast. Recommend to anyone and good priceUPDATED REVIEWthese guys are SCAMMERS RUN AWAY. I reported them to be Better Buisness Bureau and they stated that theyve already had multiple complaints. They force people to write reviews about them once their done with the job. I got a key fob for 300$! And it messed up in less than 2 months. When I called to try to get it resolved they kept forwarding my calls and LYING if you want peace and mind go to any other locksmith theyre not cheaper and definitely not faster.
