I want to Thank Van and Morgan. They both are men of their words.I passed by them many times off of Valley Blvd. When I had a broken Mailbox, I contacted my Property Management and they said they could not refer me a location but said a Locksmith will help with Mailbox Lock Replacements.I called B & B's Locksmith and was greeted by a one of the staff that asked me to bring in the Mailbox lock so that they can see the kind they needed to order. I went in with my facemask and the staffs were wearing a facemask.I showed them my Mailbox lock and they went to their booklets to find the right one to order. The replacement price is affordable and they said it will arrive in a Week. When I went back in a week, they had the order ready for pick up. When I could not get the lock to property fit, the staff took responsibility to install the Mailbox Lock at my home and even stayed a few minutes before closing time to wait for me to pick up the Mailbox Lock Keys. I come here all the time for all my keys that needs to be duplicated. They duplicated pretty much 99% of the keys i bring in. The keys that couldnt be duplicated are either the RFID ones or the southco keys - but the southco keys are generic, mass produced keys that you can pretty much get online- and there are codes to look those up, too. They also have an assortment of locks as well that you can pick from. Also, a service they have that I havent really seen from the other reviews that i want to mention is that if you bring them a lock with a piece of a key that broke and is stuck inside, they can remove it for you and you can continue to use the lock again. I had a broken key stuck in a cam lock, and instead of getting a new lock and re-keying to match the existing locks, they just took the stuck piece out and i put it back into the latch to use again. These guys are great, friendly - they know what they are doing and they get the job done quick.

Wow! I called for help installing five new locks at home, and I was fully serviced and done in just about one hour after I called. That is super fast!!! I'm new to the neighborhood, but will definitely use B&B again.

They had a decent selection of safes, but the guy wouldn't even open the safe for me to see the inside. I'm not going to buy something unless I really know how it works and I can see the interior components and construction.

I asked him questions, such as, what happened with my door, what has happened, going to happen with my garage door. He kept quoting me a dollar amount-that's it. He performed the job, just a lack of communication including the receipt. He says, 'I'll just do this job and I don't know what's going to happen.' I'm disappointed in this gentleman.

Very pleased with their service. $3 for cut and swapped out the chip for my replacement car key. I brought my own replacement shell, just needed to cut the metal part and swap the chip inside. Would recommend 10/10

Ordered a special order medico lock. Said it would come in 2 weeks. 2 weeks come and still no lock. Says another 2 weeks....I call to follow up and still nothing. I shouldn't have to be chasing you to get a refund!!!! No stars if I could.

Mom and Pop operation. Really friendly people. Had a key that Home Depot couldn't make and the staff guy told me about this place and I'm glad he did. Besides keys for locks, cars and homes they also sell safes and other alarm systems.
