The keys I ordered work very good and the delivery was very nice. It took about 5 days to get the key but it saved me a trip to the locksmith shop.

The office quoted one price for service call charge. When the person arrived, he wanted higher than what the office quoted. They are extremely expensive. I told the person to leave and give him a check, in the amount the office told me. He insisted on getting cash or credit card. That's when I told hom to get off my property. I, then call my neighbor, he sees me calling someone, he took off. Be very careful with this company!

Back again to this same kiosk located inside of the Ralph's market at Atlantic Square, and still do not carry a simple house key blank. $7.99 to make a basic house key and since it's not in stock it'll take. 3 to 5 days to send. So much for quick convenience

I once had an issue with two keys that were special ordered at another KeyMe kiosk. I wanted a specific color they didnt have at the kiosk, so it took about a week or so to receive (which I was ok with). When I first tried one of the keys, it was such a bad cut that one key was jammed in my homes front door for about 15 minutes ... on my 30 minute lunch break. I had to force it out and was nearly sure I was going to damage my lock; I was livid. I finally got it out with luckily no damage to my door lock. I contacted the company however, and I was fully reimbursed without any hesitation and the customer service was awesome. I liked the no-risk so I decided to use KeyMe again, but this time I chose keys available at the kiosk. Both keys made work great! Happy to use it again, highly recommend. Next, Ill be trying it out to make a car key!
