I had used the services years ago, and back then the UN-professionalism was off the charts. The men who worked there were leeches. They came onto me the minute I walked in. Recently, I was passing by on way to Costco, & dropped in because years ago I went off on the guy there. Being older and wiser, I wanted to apologize for cursing him out, even though I don't think I was totally wrong. Anyways, Solomon was in my face the minute I walked in last week. I asked for OJ just to say sorry for whatever I said years ago. Solomon wouldn't get out of my face until I gave him my number, which I should have known better than to give him the actual number. He called, and harassed me all weekend. I told him I was seeing someone and he continued to call from unknown numbers. I blocked all numbers he called from, and then low & behold he calls again RESTRICTED, I told him I haven't heard from my son in months and because of my son's lifestyle, every time the phone rings and it is a private number, I think it's the cops telling me my son is dead!!! I literally had a scare last week where my son was supposedly in a car accident and died. I waited 4 hours for the coroner to confirm it was not him. I explained this to the guy, Solomon. I said when you call me from private numbers, not only are you disrespecting my friendship, you are causing me stress, worry and anxiety over my child. This all sounds like a crazy story, but I have text messages to prove it. I am going to file a complaint for harassment with BBB and the police. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!!

. He gets out of someone's car and has pajamas on and slippers. 1:30-2:00 p:m. He got the door unlocked but now my key doesn't work.

WORST place ever and very unprofessional. I originally started my door/lock replacement 9/18/19 and to date I am still trying get it completed. They originally showed up and installed my purchase and did not put all of the screes in because they did not want to drill another hole, but if they would have placed the correct order, it would have fit with the holes already in my door. They were supposed to reorder something that would fit the holes in my door and the order was supposedly lost in the mail so they had to reorder it. They were not good at providing status and always say they are coming and dont show up. Ive take off work twice and they reschedule or just dont show up. I have now requested a reverse charge in my credit card I would not recommend under any circumstances. I understand stuff happens, but they could still have been better at communicating instead of just always leaving me waiting and wondering.

I was told that they did quality work, but I may have misunderstood... An employee named Alex went to help my wife make a key for our RV, unfortunately we were married for less than a year and long story made short, the divorce has just finalized!!! I asked him why and he begged me not to say anything because he has a wife and children... Men, whatever you do do not leave your significant other or loved ones alone !! It has completely ruined my life...

Went to this location several times over the past 3 weeks during what is displayed as their business hours and they were closed. The phone number goes straight to voice mail....I believe this place is out of business

Help me when I lock my keys in the trunk at school and only charge me $80 bucks to get my keys out my truck pretty cheap and better than mobile services who wanted to charge me $250 for the same service
