The shop is a little quirky however, as a professional locksmith, this guy is great. Had a rare key to cut, they did not have the proper blank, so he modified another key blank... it worked perfectly.

Poor customer service. I was very disappointed in the 'attitude' immediately received, though I had only come for help. I came because of all the good reviews. Perhaps there are some persons he dislikes on sight. It's never happened to me before. I will never return.

the management has no idea about customer service. and he doesn't have any experience from BMW and MERCEDENS BENZ keys, he was asking to much for car models.... and I was give him my original bmw key and i told him please i need same as my bmw key and he allowed himself.... ( owner) to scream and disrespecting customers blaming them from my original BMW car key , I hope consumer protecting department gives him a lesson at least to teach him how to speak to customers

They were ok. I went to get a Honda motorcycle key made and it didn't work, they didn't cut it precise enough. So I went back and had a tiny thing fixed but it still didn't work. I never went back and will probably go elsewhere for a key that's too difficult to copy
