Rafael was so helpful for my situation! I locked my key in the apartment. I was so pressed on time that I called off work because I couldnt get the lock fix. Im so capable of getting these things done myself but w his advise and assurance my friend and I got to the place on time and I ended up not having to call off! My car battery was completely dead after I finished work. It was the end of the day and I was looking forward to just go home and rest, but I was stuck. I called at least 4-5 different locksmiths before reaching out to Rafael. Everybody was quoting such a ridiculous amount, but Rafael offered the most competitive price. Once we agreed on a price, he said he would come to my work in 25 minutes. He came in 15, got my car open in 30 seconds. What made his service even better was that he stayed with me, helped me jump my car (took 15 minutes to charge my battery enough to get it started), and stayed with me until my car was running. I can't thank him enough and his 5 star reviews are well deserved. Thanks again!!

I called Rafael to come and put some new door locks on my house. I received an immediate response and he came within 2 hours at exactly the time I requested. He had to put in one of those new electronic locks that work off the phone and not only did he put it in, he stayed to make sure that everything worked correctly and it actually took a few hours. He did NOT charge me a penny extra for his extra time he put in and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this Burbank businessman.

Rafael was incredible. I was in a tight situation. Roadside assistance from my insurance gave me a 4-6 hour eta. Rafael was there within 30 minutes and charged me a very reasonable price. I was out of town and my pet sitter locked herself out. So I called a couple of locksmiths and he was able to get there in 10 minutes. Great! When I asked how much he charges he gave me a price which was about what I expected. But afterwards I was told by my sitter he charged a separate fee of $19 just to come over. He failed to mention that when he gave me the quote earlier. Kind of deceptive if you ask me. This was on June 22nd in Burbank on Rose Street.
