I called and the lady who answered the phone did not know the price of the service I was requesting. She said 'I will forward your request to a technician and he will call you in few minutes'. Minutes and moreeeee minutes passed and I did.not get any call from anyone. I called another Locksmith company and it was a much better service.

We just called and ask to open storage unit lock, They don't want to give as a price over the guy show up and ask us $250 trying to get more money and he go down the $50 not professional way to do it take him t open it 5 minutes, guess what openand wrong unit guy was very rude !

This group was not good and a total ripoff. All I needed was a key change due to stolen purse with keys. They tried to sell me a whole lock set which was not what I wanted or needed. The service guy said one thing and then tried to sell me on another. He was here over an hour and a half and never got the lock to work properly. I finally just asked him to stop and charge me for removal $45 and service trip $60. The lock itself would have cost $120 plus another $45 to install it and he broke the original lock removing it. I ended up going to a hardware store were the new lock was $39 and installed it myself in 15 minutes. Would never recommend.
