Called NoHo Locksmith to reprogram 2009 VW Tiguan car remote. On phone, Javier said, for $65 he has a man for the job. I agreed. Javier said he'll call back in few. After half hour wait, I drove to the store. Once again explained the matter. This time, Javier said $70. I agreed. He spoke on phone to Caesar. Unfortunately, Caesar was in Canoga Park. Javier told me to come later. I wanted to be done with the matter the same day so offered to drive from NoHo to Canoga Park. Met Caesar in parking lot on Vanowen / De Soto. He spent 5 mins checking remote on his equipment and said, 'Can't be fixed. You need new remote.' He gave his dad's business card, 'Call him.' Assuming, since the job was not done, I owed him nothing. Yet, out of courtesy for for the mins he spent, I asked, 'Do I owe anything?' He said, '$70.' I got a jolt, 'What?! You've not fixed the remote, yet I pay the whole amount?' He goes, 'Irrespective of job being accomplished or not, you gotta pay.' I called Javier. He too said, 'That's the deal. You gotta pay.' I paid but never felt so cheated. It's legitimate robbery. Am calling Better Business Bureau with this complaint. FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Ask all questions beforehand for else....

I came in to get a key pulled out not my whole ignition out and even messed up my interior. Then he tells me after 8 hours he can't fix it after the whole time of him saying he will fix it ND here's a screwdriver as a key. They played me outa good truck that was working just fine. Just to try and get more for the job. I know where I am not going even for keys. I like how u try to say I did not wanna spend any money but when the guy would turn around and say just for taking off the panel I have to charge another 30 had no problem saying go head and do it if u SAY U CAN FIX IT... And on top of all that the reason I did not spend a doller is because I left with my truck in worse condition then I went to y'all in. He had to call a pro to tell him that he did 8 hours of work for nothing. And got charged20 then wanna look at me like if I said to call him. Y'all have bad service and with more reviews u will see what people say about these no pro.Plus if I was paying for his time why was he leaving me there for an hour and a half to go do another job with my car took in all apart. I know it looks bad to just admit and say y'all did mess up my truck but I will fix it myself and never go to your keyshop agian. Thought he had a job but when he put his feet in the water he forgot how to swimAnd wats truly funny was he said he normally charges 120 for the job but since he took up an hour and a half he will do it for 65 and if he would of got it fixed then in there I would of gave him 80-100 but who's going to wanna give up a dime when u came with a key and leaving with a screw driver Stick to just keys, leave the cars alone.

I've been here many times and plan on coming back! These guys are the best! I am always taken care of and never feel like I am getting ripped off because I don't know anything about locks or keys, super fair prices. Can't beat the service here!
