Ricardo went out his was on his day off & Made a call for me and was able get Gio sent out at the exact time he quoted me to my location which was good because I was on the clock for work. Gio was extremely professional! He made a new key for me in about 15min or less & I was on my way to work! Thank you guys for the help! God bless!

I purchased my car a year ago and began having problems starting my car and told my friend about it and as soon as she saw my key she told me i needed a new one. I went online and searched for the nearest locksmith shop and came across Alcatraz, i decided to give them a shot after reading their great reviews. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with a beautiful smile by Ruth and was so patient and kind in explaining the process. I had no idea how poorly the condition of my key was in and if i would have waited any longer it could have damaged the lock of my car door and engine(as you can see in the picture above). Now when i turn on my car it feels like butter! Unlike before i had to keep moving it around until it finally started, lol. Thank you for your amazing customer service! Great customer service. We had an issue with my mom's car door a few times and each time Tony and Ricardo we're very friendly, patient and helpful. In May, Ricardo came out to our house to unlock my mom's car door. The problem was that the key would not unlock the doors so he replaced the piece that was broken. A few days ago, we had the same issue and Tony came out to help us open the door. We didn't have a receipt from the last time but he was able to help us anyway. He apologized for not having any more water bottles to offer us and asked us to come to the shop the following day to have Ricardo fix the part. The part was no longer covered by the warranty (due to us losing the receipt) but he did not charge us for labor. Ricardo fixed the door quickly. We were in and out in less than hour. I appreciate that Ricardo explained everything to my mom in Spanish so that she knew what was going on. I definitely recommend their services. They offer a seating area as well which was helpful for us because I had my baby with me.
